I had to wait for chicken to be cooked which was inconvenient. But when I got my food it was delicious!!! The lady who served me was very nice and apologized for the wait.

I ordered a 3 piece dinner like normal and when I get my food I asked for my drink and was told it didn't come with a drink. Even though I got the dinner, was asked my drink choice and the menu reflected a drink came with the meal I was not given my drink. I wasn't given a receipt so I couldn't check to see if I was charged for one.

The only thing I'll say is that the chicken, after my order was Finally taken and then after watching car after car after car go through and get their orders through the drive thru, was hot. The fries and mac n cheese, not so much. And heaven forbid someone smile in this place at a customer. Myself or anyone else that came through the line.

Just like many other fast food places nowadays once it hits an hour and 30 minutes close to their closing, they shut everything down magically are out of fries. The grill doesn’t work anymore or they’re not cooking on it anymore and their system is down. It must be nice to get paid every night an hour and a half to do nothing. I’ve noticed this with mini fast food restaurants because I’ve worked at one when I was younger and we would do the same thing.

Idk what has happened but their prices have gone up and they're giving you a fraction of the food. The 3 piece chicken "supreme" meal is almost $10 and the supreme pieces are less than half the size of what they used to be. They're more like chicken nuggets. It's ridiculous. I remember I used to always think how large the Supremes were.
I haven't been to this Bojangles in a while. But it's near where I work. I went to the Drive thru. Customer service was very friendly. But my food was terrible! I paid $15 for a 2 piece leg/thigh meal with a large drink. When I got to work and opened up the box...I couldn't identify what it was...it was certainly not a chicken leg.

This use to be my favorite Bojangles but my last 2 visits I waited between 10-15 minutes for my food each time I had to remind them (they are always friendly but they don't seem focused on their job). The price is steadily going up while the quality of food is declining...one visit I received (2 orders of their 5 tender combos) 10 tiny overcooked tenders and over seasoned fries with the poorest presentation I've ever seen (pics included) and I paid $23?
The 2 piece snack fills the bill...
