Bon-Bon Wings & Grill

This a great find in Sedgefield area of Greensboro. Prices are very reasonable, food was fantastic(beers, appetizer, burger and ribs), and the service was excellent!
It’s now a new favorite!

I would give this a 0 stars if that was possible but it’s not so i’m going to write way i would give it 0 stars so first things first The waitress are very rude i asked for a simple water to go and she gave me an attitude. The food was brought out cold i think because the waitress was to busy talking with other waitresses. I’ve heard the manager screaming at one of the employees in the back kitchen very rude it very loud couldn’t even eat in peace. There fries were amazing though and ranch was 10/10 but other than that i think staff is very rude (some not all ) Get better and i will rewrite a better review. By the way this is a free country i can say what i want to do if you have a problem with my comment feel free to say nothing because i couldn’t care less.Thank you

Poor service, food wasn’t hot, waitress came to table 3 times and rushed us EVERYTIME, no refills were given except to ask if another LIT drink was needed. No casual friendliness or customer service was given by our waitress or the hostess. Complained and waited for a manager for almost 30 minutes, waitress completely ignored us both times. It was a simple mistake that could’ve been corrected, the hostess was rude with no direct eye contact or even opening greeting towards us. The staff was very accommodating to others but certain customers weren’t given equal treatment. (White couple complained as well) poor service DONT EAT HERE.

My brother and I just keep coming back. Love the food. Ribs are fall off the bone and wings are fantastic.

Service wasn’t good and restaurant was not even half full. The owner should really check on their restaurant and see how it run will not be back

Sat outside for 45 minutes. manager made excuses after excuses LYING about cleaning tables. -1000 would not recommend

The wings are the biggest and juciest around!! Our waitress was super friendly, attentive, and helpful when we had questions. Great drinks and if you ask, they will make the TV's play what you want!

The best wings in Greensboro. Customer service is great, restaurant is clean, and consistently good customer service. Try the honey habanero breaded, you won’t be disappointed.
