Best fried rice I've had in a fast food restaurant. It's amazing. And don't forget the chicken. My go-to is soy garlic. Phenomenal!

Absolutely delicious! Everything I've had there is so tasty and full of flavor. The Bimbimbap is so delicious, and the dish it is served in is like magic, it keeps it super warm the whole meal, so every bite is as warm and tasty as the first. I just tried the wings/drumsticks today, and wow, that crispy skin is so good, and somehow it stays crispy even with the sauce on it. Excellent establishment, great food, friendly staff, and definitely a repeat go-to spot for a great meal.

We have been multiple times over the last few years, but more and more...the service has been lacking. Food prices are high for what we get and it and it just isnt worth it for us anymore.

First and last time ordering from this place and the whole experience was a disastrous clown show of incompetence. I placed a web order prior to opening for a later time in the day. Not until after I ordered was I informed that my delivery would be coming via Door Dash. Nowhere on the website does it mention delivery is through door dash and the impression is given that the restaurant makes deliveries. I received several text messages after that from Door Dash that they were waiting for my order. Then I received a message that the order was picked up by a different driver. Thirty minutes after my delivery time I received an email from the restaurant that my order was cancelled and for more details to call the restaurant. After calling the restaurant I was told that they didn't know what happened and that it was Door Dash that cancelled the order even though they admitted that the order was already picked up. After speaking to the manager, he didn't seem too concerned by the fact that the order was cancelled yet they still had the charge pending on my credit card. I guess I'll have to report as fraud to get my money back since management doesn't seem to care or want to own up to any mistake. I truly hope people heed my experience and choose somewhere else to spend their money. I've never experienced such incompetence from a business. I predict this place will be closed within a year, and it will be to the benefit of the consumer.

I love all kinds of fried chicken. Korean fried chicken is hands down the best style of fried chicken. Always get the chicken with the bones in it. Don’t waste your time with the boneless wings. Half soy garlic and half spicy is my standard order. So garlic is salty and sweet. Spicy is flavorful gochujang. The wings have the best skin, sauce to meat ratio. Drumsticks hit the spot too if you are in the mood for more meat. Their fried rice is also top notch and is a good filler unless you want to only eat chicken. There is a wait for the chicken due to their frying process and the paint on the sauce for each piece ensuring you have the right amount of flavor on each piece. There can a wait to be seated as well but just order it to go and nom on it in your car. Everyone who I have introduced to Bon Chon instantly becomes obsessed.

This is a pleasant experience for my first Korean Fried Chicken that wasn’t associated with a K-pop side order. The bone-in wings are INSANELY good and crunchy. I had the original, and spicy. The spice isn’t too hot to where it lingers after each piece. But I will say, around 16$ for a ten piece, without any sides—is a bit much. Is it worth it although? I have to say yes, because I’m thinking of the wings I already ate as I type this.

I ordered through DoorDash on 09/25/2025 and the hostess/cashier was very thorough and helpful. She answered my questions and assured me that my food would be secure. Thank you!

Being at Bonchon I’ve noticed a lot of things happening that people don’t know about. As for one, if the food runner drops a wing on the floor they throw it back in the fryer for you to eat (the customer). They don’t wash their hands after dealing with other ingredients. There’s been countless of times where the “bosses” have told us to re-box old food that wasn’t sold. They over work you and have no respect for your life outside of work. They also never pay you on time, you will have to wait about a week for your check after the end of the pay period. They also make there employees pay for the food that the customers didn’t want anymore because it wasn’t cooked properly or what they expected. They also have the kitchen workers living in a 2br house with the power and water supply being cut of randomly because they “forget” to pay it. Like they forget to pay their other employees. They will also pay you less than spoken about. They say “ You’ll see it in your next paycheck.” But it’s always late so you don’t even check because you’re already late on bills. Also the owner of this restaurant makes excuses for the behavior of their husband. He’s way of helping is, telling you are doing it wrong then walk away and not showing you that your doing it wrong. The food is always under or over cooked. It’s never on time because they don’t train the host to set the pace of the restaurant. So on busy days you have 20 to go orders that have people waiting on them. I wouldn’t eat or work here at all until they get a new management. They fire people for speaking up for the new workers and it’s outrageous for them to treat people like this. I hope you heed my warning and stay away.

ASK FOR SAUCE ON THE SIDE. YOU WON’T BELIEVE THE RESPONSE.
I had the potato corn dog, which comes with a choice of sauce. I requested it on the side. I was told that it wasn’t possible. I even offered to pay for sauce on the side, and I was still refused. Evidently the owner is very strict with the sauce distribution. I was told this by the server. You would think with how expensive this place is, that they could afford to give you sauce on the side. If you’re so stingy that you can’t provide sauce on the side (when it’s included with the dish), then you shouldn’t be in the restaurant business.
The potato corn dog was overcooked to the point where it was all DARK. It was saturated with oil. Each bite oozed with old tasting/over used oil into my mouth. It left a very bitter after taste.
I had fries also and it was the same thing.
If you’re too cheap to give you sauce on the side that says a lot. That says you’re cheap business owner, and if that’s the case I think it’s safe to assume that the oil probably gets re-used past its limit too.
The server was very nice but not very attentive considering it’s a Wednesday night with only 3 tables sat including mine. Maybe it’s because I complained.
When food is this expensive, my expectations are higher. This place definitely fell well below those expectations.
If you have money to waste and want to try it out, go on ahead. The food isn’t special.
Sheetz has better wings.
