The food was very good. We tried quite an assortment and were happy with everything we ate.

Being at Bonchon I’ve noticed a lot of things happening that people don’t know about. As for one, if the food runner drops a wing on the floor they throw it back in the fryer for you to eat (the customer). They don’t wash their hands after dealing with other ingredients. There’s been countless of times where the “bosses” have told us to re-box old food that wasn’t sold. They over work you and have no respect for your life outside of work. They also never pay you on time, you will have to wait about a week for your check after the end of the pay period. They also make there employees pay for the food that the customers didn’t want anymore because it wasn’t cooked properly or what they expected. They also have the kitchen workers living in a 2br house with the power and water supply being cut of randomly because they “forget” to pay it. Like they forget to pay their other employees. They will also pay you less than spoken about. They say “ You’ll see it in your next paycheck.” But it’s always late so you don’t even check because you’re already late on bills. Also the owner of this restaurant makes excuses for the behavior of their husband. He’s way of helping is, telling you are doing it wrong then walk away and not showing you that your doing it wrong. The food is always under or over cooked. It’s never on time because they don’t train the host to set the pace of the restaurant. So on busy days you have 20 to go orders that have people waiting on them. I wouldn’t eat or work here at all until they get a new management. They fire people for speaking up for the new workers and it’s outrageous for them to treat people like this. I hope you heed my warning and stay away.

ASK FOR SAUCE ON THE SIDE. YOU WON’T BELIEVE THE RESPONSE.
I had the potato corn dog, which comes with a choice of sauce. I requested it on the side. I was told that it wasn’t possible. I even offered to pay for sauce on the side, and I was still refused. Evidently the owner is very strict with the sauce distribution. I was told this by the server. You would think with how expensive this place is, that they could afford to give you sauce on the side. If you’re so stingy that you can’t provide sauce on the side (when it’s included with the dish), then you shouldn’t be in the restaurant business.
The potato corn dog was overcooked to the point where it was all DARK. It was saturated with oil. Each bite oozed with old tasting/over used oil into my mouth. It left a very bitter after taste.
I had fries also and it was the same thing.
If you’re too cheap to give you sauce on the side that says a lot. That says you’re cheap business owner, and if that’s the case I think it’s safe to assume that the oil probably gets re-used past its limit too.
The server was very nice but not very attentive considering it’s a Wednesday night with only 3 tables sat including mine. Maybe it’s because I complained.
When food is this expensive, my expectations are higher. This place definitely fell well below those expectations.
If you have money to waste and want to try it out, go on ahead. The food isn’t special.
Sheetz has better wings.

We shared the sampler. Very good. Perfect for 2 but no leftovers. It's a noisy place that needs accoustics. Wear ear plugs to the restroom . The music is way to loud. For is always great. Pot stickers, beef bulgogi fries and the fried chicken Mmmmmm. Never disappointed.

Good food, maybe a bit too expensive but the Bao Buns were decent (but too fatty vs meat) & Korean tacos w/marinated chicken were good. I'll be back to try their fried chicken & fries.

Portions are HUGE..the chicken legs are served piping hot and the sauces are spot on. The rice bowls are a mix of tender meats, veggies and cooked to perfection sticky rice..while everyone else's prices are going nuts this place is a great bargain! We will be back..gotta try the sticky buns next!

Food was ready very quick and the staff are excellent. The music was a little bit loud for my liking, but still an overall great experience

Ordered spicy chicken fried rice. Stir fried chicken was placed on top of fried rice and a spicy sauce was put on the chicken. If this is your type, you may like it.

Absolutely amazing fried chicken!! Originally tried Bonchon in Washington DC, and can say that this one was just as amazing! Glad that the food is consistent across the board.
