Bonchon Greensboro - S Elm St

i usually love this place and enjoy eating here. today we went in and were told there was a 15-20 minute wait because there was only one server on the floor. completely fine, i wouldn’t want to put too much work on one server so we waited, came back in, the host told us that she would check with the server if she was ready for us. she came back, told us that the server wasn’t ready and the other servers come back from break in 30 minutes. it would be nice if there was more communication and transparency about the situation at first, because i would’ve gone elsewhere to eat instead of wasting the first 20 mins. not sure why management was letting this occur in the first place, but truly disappointed. it also wasn’t busy and i feel like customer flow could’ve been handled differently considering there was only one server.

I was denied service because “there’s only 1 server”.

Love the soy garlic fried chicken! We come often for lunch and always have an excellent experience!

Wings were OK, but very stingy with the sauce and wouldnt provide any more after spendung $16. Not worth coming baxk.

Great food, service and atmosphere. We waited about 20 minutes to be seated as it’s a popular place.. with the wait! Check them out!

Ok, my brother lives in Raleigh and I love in Charlotte. We meet in Greensboro just to taste this food. When I tell you we did our own investigation on Randleman Road in my bro's trunk. True FATBACK moment..
Lmao we rated everything hands down best crunch and taste combo in that chicken. Baaaeeebeeee them fries(freaking everything), couldn't take pics we was resting to fast...lol 10's across the board.

I think this place is great to go to when you just want some food with an affordable price and decent portion size. The food is delicious and definitely a must try if you haven't.

Well I experience exceptional service from Dasia my waitress she definitely made my experience great Van the other waitress continued to harass me all night specifically on two occasions almost killed the great experience for me but Dasia was so great and on time with everything big smile and she worked so hard I just had to give in to the experience she was effortlessly exuding over all Dasia was awesome thank you again
