I very much enjoyed drinking coffee in this stately manor. It has numerous comfy places to sit. High ceilings. A porch and a patio.

The ambience breath taking awesome!

I used to live in Greensboro and didn’t know about this place. Their coffee is amazing, and the atmosphere is super cozy. I love how, as soon as you walk in, you step into a vintage-style area. I absolutely love this place — you should definitely visit it!

This is my FAVORITE place to work when I need a change of scenery (I work from home). The coffee is good, the scene is generally beautiful, kind, and diverse, the owners are darlings, and you really can't beat the environment: the downstairs of a historic downtown mansion with all kinds of indoor and outdoor places to sit. Want a couch? Need a table? A chair on a big Edwardian front porch? Or how about a wide open, multi-level outdoor area nestled among trees and plants? Yep.

There's always a great mix of people meeting and working in here, so it's never just screen-central.

Literally my only issue is that, given the historical aspect, sockets are at a minimum, and mostly two-prong. You'll need to be appropriately prepared for this if you plan to come and work for a while (I was driven to replace my laptop battery lol).

Exceptional locally roasted coffee and cozy atmosphere inside and out in an excellent location. I only wish the drinks were a little cheaper!

I love this place. Workers are very nice, as are the people who frequent it. The setting is very relaxed and cozy. Quality drip coffee offerings as well as great whole bean options, even those you don't ordinarily see such as honey wash roasts. Give it a try!

Fantastic atmosphere in a historic home and the food & coffee are high quality. Can't wait to come back and enjoy a coffee on the wraparound porch once the weather is nicer

This is actually a mansion!! With original furniture and everything!! I came too late for coffee, but the barista was super nice 😉. There is also the creepy factor though, like how many spirits still hanging around lol

They use a Slayer Espresso machine, so you know it is great!

I literally Loved having lunch and coffee here. The young barista girl was so welcoming and helpful in choosing options. The HT’s soup is so delicious and so was the Clarence sandwhich! Service was great and I love a good vintage feel to it place and this had just that with a cozy feel to it. I hate that they no longer have bed and breakfast option there but the coffee and food is worth the stop! I also left a card for the owner if they need restoration needs because the place is a historic home that is now a business and it deserves to be restored correctly if a water emergency or something happens and we have experience working on historic places. Beautiful go check it out!

Vibe is impeccable, staff are angels, food tastes like there are 12 generations of grandmothers in the kitchen. Really good vegetarian options. I recommend HT’s Soup and the Imogene sandwich. The coffee hugs the heart. There is no equal in town.
