I am very disappointed in this place. Boston Market used to stay PACKED with a full house and a line out the door. Ordered a family feast with chicken online. Went after work to pick it up and as soon as I walked in I wanted to walk out. It was stinking, no business, nobody has customer service skills. The cashier said "all we have is meatloaf". I told him about my online order and said "then I'll need my refund". Took forever to process that. This used to be a great family spot. I see why they have no business. They will be shut down soon!!
I used to eat here weekly but I will not be coming back. Nothing but a bunch of careless kids working here now. There were only 4 trays of vegetables out and no chicken cooked. After I saw the cook pick up food off of the floor and put it in a serving tray we left. Don't bother with this
If I could give 0 stars I would! This place has turned to trash, the smell of sewer overwhelms you the moment you walk in the door. No greeting, just "Only protein we have is chicken, haven't had a supply truck in weeks". The drink machine was out of order, other than coke zero, the chicken was dry, the sides were cold and what used to be yummy cornbread was hard! They only had spoons to offer as well as the bathroom roll of brown paper towels. They had about 6 people just hanging out in the dinng room, but I guess there's no work to be done if there isn't any supplies. I've Been coming here for 20+ years, I will NOT be coming back! I wouldn't feed this food to my dogs. They need to close up shop! Absolutely ridiculous!
This is frikkin gross... The meat loaf looks like dog food and tastes like grease. The cornbread taste like play dough and the gravy looks like something that came out of a clogged drain. I only blame my wife for not checking the bag when she walked out the store. Couldn't return it because they were closed shortly after. They only had three sides to choose from and blamed it on a "supply issue." Disgusting.
The place smelled sour, they only had rotisserie chicken available, but it was not crisp or tasty, it was on the slimy side. The Mac and cheese was dry and old. Not a good experience.
Me and my husband went today because we were in the area. Walk in and it literally smells like a public toilet. The smell was so bad, I literally lost my appetite. A guy walked in front of thr counter and said they only have the items you can see on the bar. We went and looked and it was disgusting. I almost threw up looking at it. If you've ever been to Boston Market about 10 years ago, you know it was a great place. This was not the Boston market I knew growing up. Definitely needs to be shut down
Corporate needs to come take over or shut this place down. I walk in at dinner time and no customers anywhere. Five workers are clustered up front talking. They immediately disperse and a man yells, “We got nothing right now but chicken.” I reply I just want a roast chicken to go with some sides and he says he has it but will give it 3$ cheaper if I pay with cash. Thought that was odd. All the sides were empty or unkempt and gross. Definitely don’t go here!
Got meatloaf dinner like i have for several years. Could not eat it. They have change the recipe. It was flavored so hot, i had to throw it out. Will not be back.
It's ok. You can tell it is new people working there. Not as good as it used to be. The Cream Spinach had no flavor. Mac N Cheese was runny. With the parking lot situation of Quaker Village and the food not being as good as before this place is not worth the visit.
Parking: One of the worst parking lots in the Guilford College area. If you're looking to get some car damage park in Quaker Village.
Ordered delivery for this place today. They accepted the order, charged me, and then were pleased to inform me that they were actually out of stock for the entire menu (apart from roughly 4 items). Had to jump through so many hoops to even get them to give me my money back. I was excited to try this place, maybe next time they can try only keeping the restaurant open when they have food to serve. Might be delicious, might be rotten, guess I’ll never know.

It's been years since I ate Boston Market. I was really craving their sweet potato. Needless to say when I ordered it they didn't have anymore. My ordered, the rotisserie Thai chicken, rice, macaroni and cheese, sweet corn, cornbread and cream spinach. I must say the quality of the food has gone way down. The Boston market. I remember the food was nicely seasoned and cook well. This is nowhere near it. I'm very disappointed. It will be a long time before I go back to Boston market.
First and last time going here if I could put no stars I would. Out of every item cause they missed the truck why not just close only option was nuggets and sweet potatoes both where terrible. Asked cashier for my cup he says he didn’t charge me for it but I got the combo and it says it comes with a drink just for them not to have cups. If it wasn’t for me using a T-Mobile reward I would of just left still the worse 4.37 I could of ever spent.
My boyfriend and I came here yesterday before we had to run some errands in the area. We ordered our food with the guy in the back. We go to check out and we asked if the dining room was still closed due to COVID or if it was open. The lady/manager said “yes it’s open but we have no silverware” after we just swiped our card to pay. We had errands to run and places to be so we couldn’t just go home to grab silverware to eat what we just bought. We also live on the other side of Greensboro. We got irritated because this could’ve been told to us before we paid for close to $30 worth of food that we can’t even eat. We both had Mac & cheese and corn so we can’t just use our hands. Needless to say I went back and returned our food since we couldn’t eat it and the “manager” had an attitude about it and the man in the back was very apologetic and understanding and I repeatedly told him it wasn’t his fault nor his place to feel bad about the situation. They had about 3 signs on the door stating what foods they didn’t have which is understandable but at least make a sign saying there’s no silverware to eat your food before you spend money on something you can’t even eat. It’s the moral of letting people know before they spend money on something. Don’t tell them there’s nothing to eat their food with AFTER they already pay.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Terrible experience at the friendly center greensboro nc location. Walked in to a sign that read what side items there were, only to find there were none of them and the food looked old. We asked for 2 waters and were charged for 2 fountain drinks and when I found it on the receipt I took it up to the counter and the girl (who was wearing headphones the whole interaction) told me they "were out of water cups and she had to charge me for a fountain drink". I said absolutely not and received a refund. I had never visited this place and DEFINITELY will never be back. BEWARE! The mashed potatoes that they had were disgusting. The only good thing was the chicken but the portion was so tiny. Not a good experience!
I hadn't been to a Boston Market in Many Years and so when I saw this one located in Greensboro, NC I was so happy to go buy something for Take Out. Upon entering I could see that it wasn't as nice a place as it used to be in the past as a Boston Market Chain in it's appearance of the Food Displayed in the Trays, and the attitude of the Customer Service, and the appearance of the Restaurant as a whole. They do have a Dine in area, but it looked as if it was truly not in service to Dine In. The Take Out line was very very slow although it was not a large line, and the Sides were not looking appealing at all. There was no Greeting or welcomed feeling from the staff, which was very limited staffing; and you could only pay with Cash they said. I only purchased the Whole Chicken, and they offered to cut it up for me, which was a nice offer that I accepted to have them cut it up. However, when I got Home to eat the Chicken the taste was not the usual delicious and well seasoned taste at all, in fact it needed some seasoning, the Chicken was not dry at least, but it did have a strange kind of taste to it. I was completely disappointed in this Boston Market, and I am sorry to say it, but I would not recommend this Restaurant, and "NO" I would not plan to return there to buy Food again unless I see that they have made a huge change and renovation to improve the Restaurant in so many ways that matter (appearance, food, staff, cleanliness etc.).
