Went to downtown Gso for a friends bday and we went to bourbon bowl because it had a cute patio! They have the best cheese curds wow!

I was going to be super scathing but someone did come check on us after we pushed our plate forward. Honestly the food was rough but it happens maybe it just wasn’t too our taste. Might be fun with a crowd, but I wouldn’t go again.

We ordered the pork belly. It was completely inedible. The drinks were fun but the Blueberry Pineapple Spritz was very unbalanced. It's very acidic. I do not recommend stopping here.

When we first went here a year ago the food and service were top tier. This last visit left much to be desired. The drinks were horrible. They all tasted like a mix or very below bottom shelf quality. Maybe they just had dirty ice, because I specifically asked for Tito's and I know that's not what was in my drink, even though my server said that's what she put in and that's what the bartender put in it. Also, they used to have some of the best tasting brisket around but the brisket I had on this visit was full of fat and lacking that char and flavor. Guess we will take this off the list for awhile.

On Saturday we came to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday. We called on Friday to “reserve” tables for 20 people. We were informed they didn’t do reservations but would put our name down. When we arrived they were ready for us. 👏🏾👏🏾. Our server was Tay and she was amazing 🤩. She was attentive to our needs and very friendly. The other server that assisted was great as well. Thank you to the manager and staff for being accommodating of us.

Shay was amazing!!! She MADE the experience! Hard worker, excellent service, and she listened to what we actually wanted! You can’t find people like Shay! We will be back and bring more people!!!

Amazing all around! Amazing service, quick, accurate, and delicious! Best food I have had in a long time! The brisket mac n cheese made me tear up it was so good!!!! The chili was delicious, the poutine was the best I have ever had, the cheese curds breading was so yummy! Our server was attentive, got all of our order and requests correct, the bartender made a perfect old fashioned for my boyfriend, and our food came out very quickly!!! I wish I lived here so that I could come back more often and try everything else on the menu. It was a very tough decision and I wish I could try it all. Absolutely recommend!!!

Editing to add our amazing server was named Zuri! And they had my boyfriends favorite hard to find /rare whiskey!

Food was good, service was good, but BRING CASH. As of last month, they're adding 3.92% fee to use a credit card. This just seems like bad business to me. If an establishment like this is really that unprofitable, and I doubt they are, just raise your prices. A) you don't anger your credit card customers, B) you get the extra 4% from your cash customers as well, and C) your wait staff tips increase 4%. You can just blame it on inflation. Then everybody can be mad at their least favorite politicians instead of you.

My friends & I had a great time here we bowled we drank we had some good food. The atmosphere & staff rock definitely coming back. On and try the Blueberry Strike and nachos
