I hadn’t been to Bruegger’s Bagel Restaurant in a long time. But today, I was not going to let another day go by, as my craving for their famous Herby Turkey got the best of me. I went to the Battleground Ave location. It was so nice to be back, as Tequila welcomed me in the moment I walked through the door.
The wait for my sandwich wasn’t long at all. The bagel was so fresh! After it was completely devoured, I decided Tequila had made me THE BEST Herby Turkey bagel sandwich I’ve ever had (the secret is the *extra* mouth watering Sun-dried tomato paste!)—and I told her so. She was so pleasant I made sure to hover her a generous. tip. It’s nice to know really good customer service still exists.
I tried to get the recipe out of her, but she would.not.cave; she was bound to keep the company’s secret.
THANK YOU Tequila, for a wonderful return-to-Bruegger’s experience!

I paid almost $10 for an egg ham and cheese sandwich. Got to my destination and only had egg and cheese on the bagel. So now I have to drive back 12 minutes because they don’t even answer the phone. I don’t want another bagel I just want my money back. It will be lunch time when I get to take it back. I wanted breakfast. It wasn’t even crowded. Unacceptable and pissed🤨🤨

Excellent service. I miss this place from when I was growing up in Minneapolis. My favorite will always be a garlic bagel with garlic and chive cream cheese. We were kind of bummed out by the eggs being pre cooked patties and left before we realized the sandwich wasn't warm all the way through.

They forgot our order at a nearly empty store for 30 minutes and tried to give my pregnant wife a bagel with uncooked lox that she didn’t order. Totally unskilled people working here.

They have so many bad reviews for a reason! Called many times and received no answer and my door-dasher said they were just ignoring every phone call coming through. The worst service ever and you’d hope the bagels At least make up for it but nope. Horrible horrible horrible! Listen to the reviews! Don’t eat here trust me.
