I don't know why I keep giving this place a chance. it's a dump. I'm surprised this location is still here. while the folks working were fine, the place just has a yuck vibe right now. everybody seemed miserable. yeah, I got a middling bagel that they didn't even bother to cut, but that didn't bother me. look at your cameras and you'll see what a joyless dump this place has become.
the sausage egg and cheese bagel is flavorless, as is the customer service. Didnt even get the receipt. Just went a minute ago and got a sausage egg and cheese plain bagel, + a cinnamon bagel. No greeting, no responses when you speak to them, and a stinky look from the employee when i asked for my second bagel.
I have to come here when I'm in town. Their rosemary olive oil is my favorite bagel of any bagel shop I've visited. They're so good about accommodating me when I order the western with no bacon. I've never once had it given to me with the bacon on, which is surprisingly difficult for other restaurants. They're store is always clean and the staff are always friendly.
