Is the worst service ever, I had to wait 25 minutes to get my order outside in my car and is not the first time this crap happened, this place used to be good so many years ago now is a piece of trash

Could be faster with the service, but it could be MUCH MUCH worse, so I'm not complaining.
Fries didn't have salt, but very few BK locations salt their fries nowadays.
Food was fresh and absolutely delicious, so kudos to the cooks!
The staff were professional, and the young lady at the front desk was kind and courteous.
Overall, this place and the workers in it just needs some Love and Grace. There's room for improvement of course, but I am satisfied. 3.5/5 stars.

Somehow or another I believe this location has the highest turnover. It is never the same staff nor is the customer service the same. I have supported this location on several occasions and it is a hit or miss with the customer service, food availability, content of the food temperature and most importantly the customer service. Despite the location and the difficulty of drive through I believe overall this could be a successful establishment if there was more effort put into customer service...Just being honest. (Can't have it my way and your way at the same time)

Came back after a few month's and it's still terrible. Ordered my food online in advance and still ended up waiting almost 2 hours! do better!!!! Ontop of that there was a homeless man in the lobby asking for money.
