Pull up to drive thru. Bon Qui Qui say....I will be right with you. No one was in the drive thru but us, and we sat there for 4-5 mins. Watched the breakfast screens change to lunch. Waited one more minute and drove off. Trash service! This location needs new managment.

This is my favorite Burger King location. Sometimes the wait in drive thru can be a little long but Im always greeted with a smile. Tonya is the absolute best! I will drive across town to order here. My food is always hot and Tonya and her co workers are fantastic. Best Burger King in Greensboro!

Typical fast food experience beyond a very very nice staff member who greeted us with kindness and warmth. The nuggets were a bit over cooked. The fries had an unpleasant after taste as though cooked in old oil, and not a particularly nice texture.

Watch out for the unusual girl with light purple hair strands, who has a scowl on her face and often rolls her eyes at customers. Poor customer service. I like the other two women better! Purple strands is rude đđŸ
They are extremely slow. Like they can only do one order at a time. Takes forever. Ordered online and accidentally ordered a coke instead of spriteâŠ. She wouldnât change it. Same cost. Not sure why it wouldâve mattered. Wonât ever be back here.

I went to this location for the first time a couple months ago. sat in the Drive-Thru for over 7 minutes, after saying hello excuse me I was greeted by a very rude individual snipping at me and saying what do you want. I proceeded with my order and left. Today just before noon I was the third car in line waiting for over 5 minutes. The first car in line was currently having a verbal altercation with the worker over the speaker. All three cars left and went somewhere else. I will never be back to this location the customer service is terrible
I arrived at Burger King at 6 pm, at 6:15 pm I put my order in online. At 6:27 I get up to the drive thru window and was told by the staff who was rude âI told you to wait at the drive thru window while we catch up.â From 2 orders to make their drive thru time look good for corporate. It is now 6:35 pm and Iâm still waiting on my order. I wonât be back after tonight. Final update for my food 6:40 pm.
