Watch out for the unusual girl with light purple hair strands, who has a scowl on her face and often rolls her eyes at customers. Poor customer service. I like the other two women better! Purple strands is rude 👎🏾

They are extremely slow. Like they can only do one order at a time. Takes forever. Ordered online and accidentally ordered a coke instead of sprite…. She wouldn’t change it. Same cost. Not sure why it would’ve mattered. Won’t ever be back here.

I went to this location for the first time a couple months ago. sat in the Drive-Thru for over 7 minutes, after saying hello excuse me I was greeted by a very rude individual snipping at me and saying what do you want. I proceeded with my order and left. Today just before noon I was the third car in line waiting for over 5 minutes. The first car in line was currently having a verbal altercation with the worker over the speaker. All three cars left and went somewhere else. I will never be back to this location the customer service is terrible

I arrived at Burger King at 6 pm, at 6:15 pm I put my order in online. At 6:27 I get up to the drive thru window and was told by the staff who was rude “I told you to wait at the drive thru window while we catch up.” From 2 orders to make their drive thru time look good for corporate. It is now 6:35 pm and I’m still waiting on my order. I won’t be back after tonight. Final update for my food 6:40 pm.

The customer service was terrible I ordered a whopper with cheese meal and they gave me chicken nuggets I told them my order was wrong and they were mad at me as if I messed up once I received my real order the food was extremely cold and not worth eating.

Already called cooperate office in New York this place needs to be shut down or replace everybody including manager,I was new just started Monday and walked out last night,not professional and very slow as hell, short of people then on top of that i was thrown around to do different shit without proper way of training,the manager younger then me and she's not running this burger king right/professional at all,and these reviews up here are very accurate,they gonna keep loosing people too smh I didn't need a job just wanted something part time but cooperate will hear from me👎🏿 I'm a Enterpruer not a worker

The service suck. You can never go inside only drive thru. Then they make you pull up for your food and wait forever for 1 combo. It’s multiple people inside, but it’s always slow and the middle of the day. This is a daily occurrence. It’s getting out of hand and Corporate needs to do something about the madness. Hire people, and add folks to the schedule.
