Friday 11:15 am, lobby closed, only 3 cars at the drive thru and take 30 to pick up an order, and the lady attending have a very bad attitude. After that wait I arrived to second window and the lady said pull out because we're out of frys and needs to wait some more minutes. This situation is happening for more than one year. It's so sad, if continuing with that issue this store maybe will be permanently closed soon.

I put one because I can't put less than 500, the worst service of my life, bad attention, delay with the delivery of the order, they reluctantly deliver the food as if you were asking for it for free, I recommend that employers send their staff to do a course in human relations, a place to never visit again.

Every time I went there in the past few months their lobby is closed (although today there were people eating inside but they told us the door was supposed to be closed and drive thru only) and outside at the drive thru every single time every car has to wait for somebody to take their order. Once I was waiting like 20 minutes with 2 cars in front of me! Every time!Also, today we ended up taking our order and going to Wendy's (where we had to buy a meal to be allowed to eat inside) and Wendy's regular size fries were so much bigger than burger kings LARGE fries. Ridiculous! My patience is over, I won't be coming to this location even for free food!

I am not typically one to do reviews unless my experience was absolutely horrible, or incredible. And although it was horrible, I am less than satisfied. I wasn’t greeted at the speaker. But then wasn't given a receipt so I could a review. I thought fast food and customer service was a basic requirement for any fast food job. I’ll never return to this establishment EVER again!

the girl working the window is insanely rude attitude galore. tried to brush it off maybe she’s having a bad day but she’s just always rude. i agree with the person who said she should be working cleaning the restrooms or something. not fitted for customer service at all.
My car was stolen a few weeks ago so unfortunately I had to walk to get to this restaurant. My wife and I were really in the mood for some whopper's. When we arrived, the dining room was closed. There were no employees in sight inside to get anyone to answer the window to order. We finally saw an employee leaving the gas station next door (on the clock mind you) and was told we could not be served because we have no car. Really!? No other fast food restaurant has had a problem. Needless to say if I could give this place negative stars I would. I am writing this review at the McDonald's. They had no problem taking my money.

I came through the drive-thru at 230 today (10/11/23) great friendly staff and the food was HOT, fresh and I was in and out. Exactly how it should be. Great job BK team!
