Horrible food quality and overpriced absurdly made sandwiches. Overcoooked patties swimming in too much of everything but taste. Barely any onions in the onion rings. The one soda that they had was flat.
The older woman working the drive through on 01/27/2025 needs to be retrained. I gave up trying to speak my order after she refused to stop interupting me. She was literally guessing at what I want vs letting me just speak for 10-15 seconds. Zero social or customer service skills in this place. Burger King has fallen so far from what it used to be. But I dont think they care if you actually eat the food. Just pay them money and they will throw something out the window at you. Eat it, Dont eat it. Burger King absolutely doesnt care.

Had some issues with my order through the mobile app and when brought to the attention of burger king they said they would get back to me and within 3 hours I had an email demanding pictures of the food as my complaint was that it arrived cold with soggy buns that fell apart. How does one take pictures of cold food for starters and why would they expect me to have kept the food after 3 hours and not have thrown it away? Anyway it was an overall bad experience and would not recommend this location for anyone to order from.
