I am sitting in the drive thru line as I am typing this. I have been waiting 30 minutes now and the only reason I haven't left is because I did a mobile order, using rewards, and there is no way to cancel it on the app. I do not recommend.

This burger king is usually very slow but efficient, not tonight I completed my order at 10:23 I had to wait 10 min for fresh chicken which I was ok with, I check my bag I was missing a double chesse burger I pull back around and proceed to wait 20 minutes for my double cheeseburger during those 20 minutes I watch 3 employee in front of my car take a smoke breck all while looking and laughing at me( my car doesn't have a tint it is a fishbowl) very upset and disappointed.

When I pulled to your drive through, there's a little slow to take my order.
But when I got to the window, they got everything right? And the food was good.

You get treated like you’re a ghost. You walking get told to hold on then they just turn around and walk off.Many times I spend 20-25 of my lunch just waiting. 10 mins just waiting for them to turn back around from the conversation they’re having.

Food is good but service sucks. No smiles. No hello. They act like it's a problem taking your order. And what's up with letting cars park in the only area you can get through from one side of the restaurant to the other? Y'all tell people to pull there and wait for their food instead of pulling into a parking spot and then cars that come in from the road can't get around to the drive-thru without getting back on the road. And anybody in this area knows with this traffic you can't do that. That cut around in front of the store is for people to get from one side to the other. Not for people to sit there and park and wait. It keeps traffic backed up. And whatever employee is telling them to do that, needs to be told stop doing that!! We came today and a guy was parked there and was sitting inside eating his food and nobody did anything about it! We watched him sitting there eating his food and then came out got in his car and left. That is not a flipping parking spot people! Burger King management, do your job and keep that clear. Ain't no wonder y'all keep losing business. Keep on treating people like trash and you're going to lose their business. Put a smile on your face and thank people for coming in.

To whom it may concern I am not sure why it is ok for you guys to let our GM speak to us in a manner that she does and when we say something back to her you guys say we are the problem. I just recently fell in your store and got hurt badly and now this GM is asking everyone am i just making it up or did i really fall and if I did then she was probably drunk was her words. Like come on now whenever she is the that is high all the time but thats neither here or there. I am one of your managers and this is how you treat us. This is by far ridiculous to say and to say it as loud as she did infront of customers is crossing the line. I got hurt and now I am suffering from that and to know that she is saying that she will make sure that BK don't take responsibility for it is unreal. She is very disrespectful as I'm sure yall know and don't seem to have a problem with it once again as I have stated. I don't appreciate her saying those thing after I was hurt. And threats that she makes to us about things that she knows isn't true. Like come BK let's be for real. I have been with BK since 1997 and have never experienced the amount of disrespect ever before than I have with this lady. She is miserable and petty and she likes drama and she makes you miserable bc she is and this has got to stop. No matter how much work we do in here nothing is ever good enough for her and it's sadden when she isn't here the atmosphere of the store is totally different and customers noticed that as well but I'm pretty sure yall know this as well. WE ALL RULE!!!! We need jobs and ppl feel that rhey can treat us any kind of way just bc we need jobs and that's not right. But I'm sure yall know that as well.
