Today is September 26, 2025 and I received the worst service that I have ever received from this establishment. First, the young African American female who worked the drive through speaks so fast where you can not understand what she is saying. Once we arrived at the window and we had to ask her again how much it was she acted if she didn’t want to respond. As she is passing the drinks out of the window, there soda splashed on the sides of both cups. When I asked her to please get some napkins because the cup had sodas she stormed away before I could finish getting our what I was saying and handed me balled up napkins. This is unacceptable behavior to patrons who are supporting an establishment. Burger King needs to do a better job at teaching their employees customer service and manners as this female did not display any of these characteristics. I will also be contacting the corporate office to let them know how the employees are representing their store. I recommend not going to this location unless you want this kind of treatment.
