Initially, I was dissatisfied with my experience for multiple reasons, so I did a survey to give my feedback. Upon completing the feedback about a week later, I received a phone call from the general manager, Michelle, (she even left a VM when I couldn’t answer) to discuss the experience. She was extremely polite and went above and beyond to rectify the issues although they were minor. I’m going to continue supporting a business that clearly cares about customers and their experiences - and that is something you don’t find much in Greensboro!

Went to order via drive thru A cherry icee and coke one mixed, the worker informed me that you all don’t do that at this location. While coming in fromThe back door smoking marijuana. They are two separate machines right next to one another so why that wouldn’t be offered at this specific location I’m not sure.. guessing because someone was to lazy to actually walk back in the store to fix it properly it but decided it was best to stay out back smoking marijuana… unacceptable… so I didn’t get my icee and your business didn’t receive it’s money..

So….I walk in with my shiny Burger King app, ready to feast on some free cheesy tots as a reward for being a BK app user. “Sorry, we are out of cheesy tots,” I’m told. “OK, then I’ll take the free fry that was the other option.” Nope. That’s a different code and it’s only available with an online order. OK, so I go through the online order, including entering my credit card info only to have the system refuse to process my order with no explanation as to why. I decide to just order in person with the cashier who just saw me fail twice with redeeming my “reward”. When I ask about getting fries with my order he helpfully offers to add fries to my order….but they’re not free he notes.What a crummy experience from such a nice looking Burger King. Sadly their app is not awesome and this cashier was very unhelpful.

Darsha was really rude and even made a comment to another customer. She was upset I wanted a cup for my pick up order that I paid for-and said I needed to wait because she was texting. And was upset that I was standing near the pick up area.

I tried to go in several times over a few months. Each time, the doors have been closed. So I tried to use the drive through. I've waited over 20 mins each time. On the final time, I decided to wait 40 mins just to see if I could order. After 40 mins, I didn't even get to place an order so I just went down the street to Sheetz. I've seen the staff be rude to people ordering several times. This location needs corporate to come in and make changes.

I refuse to go here again. The food took extra long. Almost 20 minutes after the order. Then, I recd a carbonated soda that did not taste right. I called to let them know and instead of them saying thank you, they continuously told me they can only replace my drink. That was not the reason for the call. It was to inform them, their drinks tasted funny and to stop serving them just in case something was seriously wrong. Sad that they think everyone is out for free food and drinks.

I've been a customer at this BK since it first opened, and now I'm forced to change my review. It had always been great place to be, with great people working there. It was always clean and friendly, and a pleasure to go to. Now, there always seems to be a problem with an app order, and a new manager that I find to be rude and and intolerable. No one would want to frequent anywhere to spend their money, and just might have to be forced out of character. This manager seems to have some issues, and has created a really negative atmosphere. This is not the kind of personality that any customer should have to deal with. I really wish they would replace her, or I'm cutting back.

I went to the Spring Garden location to change up my usual Saturday morning Biscuitville visit. I prefer to go inside, especially when I have questions and I can talk to someone face to face. Guess what?, the door was unlocked so I went inside to order. However, I experienced a rude, older woman with no customer service training. Let's just say I couldn't get something my way and I didn't rule that morning. I left empty-handed.I think Burger King will be the next fast food restaurant to go away in Greensboro. I know of two Hardee's that have already folded. Is it the poor customer service? Is it the higher prices? Is it dirty parking lots or dead bugs on floors? Is it people want employees and management that give a crap? McDonald's and Chick-Fil-A don't seem to have customer shortage problems.

Not only did I once work here but I’m also a occasional customer I can not stand this place they are so rude and it don’t matter customer employee they are nasty either way throw the whole restaurant and staff away ??

Employees are not very friendly. The ones that were friendly no longer work there, which is a shame.Had to go back in for napkins and ketchup. I understand they deal with a lot of college student customers but it cost zero dollars to be nice sometimes.
