The burgers at this restaurant were good. We got the lamb burger and the Angus burger, both the way the come. We ordered at the front got our drinks and they brought the food to the table. Hannah was really nice, as well as the guy that brought the food. They both checked on us at least twice each while we were eating. The customer service is good. The fountain drink dispenser doesn't work and only provides ice, our drinks were poured from 2 liter sodas behind the bar. Would like a working drink machine to be there if we visit again. Overall pretty good experience.

Food was amazing, and Hannah the waitress that took our order was absolutely amazing. Very friendly, and polite. Their burgers are so good you'll want to try them all.

The burgers are to die for. The lamb burger was the best I have had. So fresh. Will buy from them again.

When I first placed my order the price was $12 but it came with 2 burgers, fries and a drink so I was like that's a great deal. Since I did a delivery order it was an extra 5 for delivery plus tax and plus tip I spent about $24 in total. It took about an hour for them to prepare the food and then to deliver it. When I opened my bag I was not expecting the burger and chicken sandwich to be sliders. I only ate the burger and the fries with garlic aioli seasoning and had the drink. Ordering online it says the drinks are over $3 so I was expecting about a 40oz but no it was only 21oz if that. The fries with the seasoning on top was actually pretty good but the burger with cheese, house sauce, chipotle aioli and a fried egg still didnt give the actual burger enough flavor. My brother ate the chicken slider so I dont know if he liked it or not since I didnt ask.

I wanted to love this place but it just didn't hit the mark for me... The food was ok but expensive for what it was... $13 something for 2 slider combo. The best thing we ate were the onion rings they were super crunchy and had good flavor! Also - they have one of the fancy drink machines that have a million options but I tried to pick 4 different drink and each time it said it was out or just put out the syrup.

I'm only giving 3 stars because the burger was actually very good ... unfortunately it is a manufactured patty but it was very flavorful & cooked perfectly- on a-buttery brioche bun .. w/o sesame seeds ... which was not how it was picture on the menu board - every burger expect the slider burgers are pictured with a sesame seed bun. That was disappointing. Order their house fries - which are in a chip fashion, very average and not cooked well some were under cooked & some over cooked tried their onion rings which were crispy. Both seemed to be a frozen product Ordered a chocolate shake to which the cashier/ order taker turn to a coworker asked do we have a chocolate shake w/o looking up he said yes. then quickly said no we are out of chocolate ice cream but said we have vanilla strawberry or cookies & cream but didnt apologize for inconvenience. Then as I headed over to the The coke machine to fill my cup w/ Coke Zero THAT was unavailable as well. The decor is very sparse ... and is centered by a bar which I believe is what they are hoping to survive by - offering speciality cocktails & trivia night With all the choices for a burger in GSO .. BURGERIM Is going to have to step up their game with customer Service as we were not spoken to coming or going - and add some attention to quality control

Passed this place wanted to try it.We got a family box to go. The wait wasn't to long. But the lady taking our order was rude. She acted like she'd rather be somewhere else. So will we go back ? Maybe if our normal places are packed or something. But definitely not on the top 5 list. Mainly because of the service.

Delicious! We ordered lunch for the office and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it! Plenty of options and much better than the traditional sandwiches :)

I always enjoy going to a new restaurant. This time a little disappointed. Ordered the sliders with onion rings. My friend ordered sliders with sweet potato fries. The fries were just lukewarm at best. The hamburgers were good. Cashier was friendly. The menu is a little overwhelming. Too confusing. The drink machine had lots of flavors out of stock! Overall the food was ok. I just didn't get a wow factor.

It's “ok.” Mine was average. The fries are floppy chips, not fries. The “dry aged” beef burger is clearly just a preformed patty. Michael's some how came out to $17 for a burger (missing toppings and had rotten spring mix) floppy chips and a beer.

Tonight I ordered BurgerIm using Grubhub since they were offering $10 off for new customers. Overall, it was great. I had the grilled chicken sandwich and a side of the classic fries with garlic aioli "seasoning", which was just garlic aioli and Parmesan. Those were my favorite part. I tend to go for fries that are less greasy and more potato-y, and these were perfect. The chicken in the sandwich was tender and well seasoned. The only issues I had were that the avocado on it was a little underripe and that they added too much chipotle sauce, which made it very messy. It's also kind of pricey, but I will still probably eat here again.
