I went to order catering for a small gathering I was having for 15 people. The catering menu looked good on line. After getting there, no one, not even the manager could tell me prices and what came with the different options. I was told to go order what I wanted online and I would probably get a total. What a joke. I went to Poblanos in Friendly and the people there knew prices how many it would feed. Either prepare your employees or just close down, no money to be made with uninformed and an ignorant staff.

I ordered a BYO Burrito Bowl through door dash and you can taste the freshness in the ingredients! The protein is seasoned to perfection and I’m pleasantly surprised. This is FIRE and I can’t wait to try more from your menu.

I have been in twice for lunch, the first time was good the second time not so much. The staff has serious attitude issues. They act like you placing an order is an inconvenience and they are annoyed. There was also a gentleman behind the counter wearing a sweater vest that kept adjusting it while wearing his gloves. The most recent visit resulted in a refund of queso and a remake of my food because the queso tasted scorched. When I brought it the guy in the sweater vests attention he advised me that the queso was supposed to be that way. The queso tasted and smelled burned. My colleague who was also having lunch was surprised that was the response to the feedback. Back home the Burrito Shak was great and we were excited to have one so close but after today’s experience it will be a while before we return.

Burrito Shak is one of our favorite places for a quick, nutritious, and delicious meal back home near Jacksonville, NC. This location met all of our expectations and more with the same fantastic atmosphere and wonderful staff. It is not pricey at all considering the quality and quantity of food you receive. $10 average for most burritos/bowls, and they are more than large enough to make 2 meals out of them for a full grown man.

Service was great even though I showed up after 4 mobile orders came through. With a little patience it was worth it, and so much better, more pleasant and closer than Chipotle on Battleground. The Rinco did not dissapoint.

I had been to burrito shak in Wilmington a long time ago. I was pleasantly surprised to see one here in Greensboro. I love that they have a tofu option and it is firm. The bbq jalapeño sauce was also good. Great to have something new here in this part of town.
Worked here for 2 days and was told they'd contact me when they needed me to come in—never heard back. They also removed me from the work app without notice and the manager said he wasn’t able to pay me until I bugged the owner about it. Completely unprofessional and disorganized. The manager also said that if you don’t get the job done in time you will clock out, but finish the job anyway. Not sure if this has been acted on or if it was just an incentive, but it is illegal and should not be an incentive even if it isn’t acted upon. Absolutely ridiculous.

I want to like this place but had poor customer service where the guy making my food left bc the manager pulled him for some team meeting in booths and then waited and waited for someone to finish my food while people that came in after me and ordered got theirs before me, it was just fish tacos. Just weird customer service

Forget all the other chains, THIS is where to come for a burrito! While the ACP burrito may not be on the menu by name, it is fantastic. The team was super friendly and patient with our indecision during our first time here, everything was clean, the food tasted great, and that queso is worth revisiting.

This place is AMAZING!!! The restaurant is clean and eye-catching. The food is to die for!! The workers are so kind- I went up to ask for more chips because we had more dip and had eaten all the chips. I was prepared to pay for the chips, but the lady at the counter just gave them to me. I highly recommend! It is a little pricey so a good place to go for a lunch or dinner here and there maybe not all the time
