I understand that rice is a base on the burritos and bowls. I have ordered 2 times from this restaurant. There is an option to choose no beans but you cannot specify no rice. I notate each time “no rice” in comments. My order is perfect accept they always include rice. Looks like the rice is added first so why not read through the order before preparing it. Whoever has prepared my orders either didn’t care or when they saw I requested no rice they decided not to remake the order. I selected no chips or dip and they saw that and did not include them. They chose to ignore no rice that was right underneath no chips or dip. I am so tired of spending my hard earned money and not get what I request. I like to order ahead and pickup. I’ll take this place off the list.

First time to visit. Food was fresh,very good with great variety. Good variety of free add on sauce after checkout. Staff was very pleasant,helpful. Great customer service and fair pricing, Will definitely return, OFTEN. A bit farther than Chipotle but worth it. Wife and I were extremely pleased.

Was not a good experience with the staff. My burritos were also lackluster. All my steak was in one spot with the rice on top it wasn’t evenly proportioned.

How do you expect to compete with places like Salsarita’s when your chips and food taste so bland? and please don’t get me started on the terrible service, African American lady all excited to speak to a whole family but barely says a word to me like I’m bothering her or something literally just “what can I get you” I used to shop here so much but they really fell off such a shame

They’re not very good at following directions. Online order said NO CHEESE in all caps and there was indeed cheese in the burrito. First time trying, won’t be back. The manager was nice when providing the refund, though.

I was hungry went here 6 people in front, 30 minutes later still 2 in front. I watched as each cook focused on 1 customer at a time. The cooks are painstakingly slow to watch. Im a former line cook at multiple restaurants including chipotle, which is where i went after i got fed up here. I was in and out of chipotle in 10 minutes had 8 people in front of me. Chipotle has teamwork, the shak not so much as everyone does their own thing. Deep down i wanted to jump on the line and show these cooks how to start cooking food on the flattop for a customer and while it cooks start the next order. The burritos should be folded then toasted on each side not halfway closed then grilled, toppings fall out. Last thing, when these cooks had toppings fall out that could not be stuffed into whatever was ordered, all cooked veggies were scraped up and put back in the uncooked veggie cans. Thats bad, meaning the next person is getting veggies cooked twice and maybe even thrice. Lost my appetite and soul here and chipotle was my redemption.

These guys are incredible. I’ve been several times. The food is fresh, the team members are happy and enjoyable to interact with, you can tell that they really care. The portions are so much better than similar places (ie chipotle) and the sauce selections are so much better
