Pretty consistently busy, but nice service and staff. Not going to St*rbucks anymore and this is a nice replacement. I do miss drive thrus tho...Great vegan options! Try the oatmilk cold foam or the Just egg sandwhich.They have their own version of caffeinated lemonade that ISN'T deadly levels of caffeine so that's cool!

Today was the first time in over a week I can say I'm not happy with my service. I ordered a medium roast coffee xlarge and instead I ended up with a medium cup only 1/2 3/4 ish full cup for $3.17. And the cashier knew it when she handed it to me. Not happy about that.
The customer service, coffee, food, atmosphere has always been nothing short of stellar. I love this coffee shop and highly recommend for a visit. You won’t be disappointed.
The very best in customer service. My hot flavored latte is always made perfectly and the food is especially good. Tables, counters and doors are sanitized frequently. Very well managed. Seating is comfortable. Plentiful parking is right in front.

Caribou Coffee is one of the many coffee shops in Greensboro. However, it is sunny, often full of people to talk to (in a good, friendly way... kind of like on the show, Cheers) and very comfortable.It has become my home away from home, and my go to place when I want to relax and need to socialize.The food and drink is a bonus for me, but I like their choices, and I always get something.The only thing I'm not too keen on is the added price for the cream cheese for a bagel. They are already quite costly... but I rarely get them anyway.
