Had lunch there with colleagues on June 18. Paid my tab with a credit card and left a cash tip (39% of the bill w/ tax added) on the table. When reviewing my CC statement, I noticed this Diner added the same amount of tip to my bill! Which I did not sign for on the bill! Very disappointed although the food and service was very good. I'll be back for the same business purposes but will avoid bringing colleagues to this place.

food is bland and has too much salt. turkey dinner was horrible and dressing was like a brick. save your money and go somewhere descent

My husband and I stopped by Archdale Friday night out of nostalgia and we used to be regulars but don't go out much anymore. I loved the Spicy Chicken sandwich so tried it again with hot chips. The waitress asked me how I wanted the chips cooked, crispy or soft and I said somewhere in between. They came out hard as bricks. They must have also changed the mild sauce because it was sour. My husband got a Fall burger, can't remember the name but it had pico and avocado on it. The waitress brings out a plain burger with pico on it and said oh they're out of avocados do you want something else. He said fine, I'll do the cowboy burger and she asked could they use the same patty. I was shocked but he said fine but leave the pico, it should be interesting. She came back with the remade burger with the pico off. So they basically scraped the burger off and slapped new stuff on it. We were hungry so we're just like let's eat and go. I'm eating a spicy chicken mind you and there's no refills, waitress isn't even looking at us and she had 3 tables max. I eventually got up, went to the counter and asked for my own refill. This whole disaster was 38 bucks and I even left a 7 dollar tip for poor service. This was a treat for us, but we won't be doing it again.

A solid above average establishment serving good chow however, it was very noisy possibly because of the occupied large group table in the center. Don’t bring your comfort/emotional support pet, service dogs obviously welcome. Would recommend!
