The CAVA on Wendover is hands down one of the dirtiest and most unprofessional locations I’ve ever been to. The place is unbelievably unclean — tables were filthy, the dining area looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in hours, and the workers were touching food with no gloves and no hats or hair coverings. It was honestly disturbing to watch.
To make matters worse, the manager, Peter, was incredibly rude. All I did was politely ask for an extra side, and he got dismissive and unprofessional. When I asked for the corporate phone number to report the issue, he flat-out refused to give it. A manager refusing to provide corporate contact information is wild and speaks volumes about how this location is being run.
Between the lack of cleanliness, the food safety concerns, and the disrespect from management, this location seriously needs attention from corporate. I won’t be returning until major changes are made.
