Ate there today for the first time after several people told me to try it. My friend described it as a Mediterranean version of Chipotle and I think that's fairly accurate. This location is very busy but the line went pretty smoothly. I had a bowl that had a spicy honey chicken (Harissa avocado bowl) and added Lentils for extra protein and asked them to put the dressing on the side. Glad I did that. Also asked for some tatziki, glad I did that too as I preferred having tatziki over the dressing. The bowl was delicious, nutritious and enough for two meals.

Cava was super friendly when I stopped by with my girlfriends earlier it was her first time and they did a great job showing and helping her understand and pick what she liked! Shoutout to Mo!! He was super friendly and explained all the food and toppings thoroughly. I’ll be back for sure!!

The food is fantastic, and I’ve been a regular customer because of that. However, during my last two visits (08/16/2025 & 08/18/2025), I noticed a noticeably uncomfortable energy from the staff while my bowl was being made. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m young, Black, or both, but I felt rushed, spoken to dismissively, and treated as if I didn’t know what I was ordering. As someone who also works in the service industry, I always try to be polite, quick, and efficient when ordering to keep the interaction smooth and respectful. I truly love CAVA and spend my money here often, but experiences like this have happened one too many times for me to stay silent. While the food is consistently great, I hope the service experience can reflect the same standard.

Malik in Friendly Center totally made our experience with Cava amazing. His warm greeting and enthusiasm for the product and knowledge of line items were incredible. Whitney the manager stopped what she was doing to assist us to our table and ensure we have everything necessary to enjoy our dine in experience. Hands down one of the best experiences in Greensboro.

Food was OK, although the lamb needs seasoning but the steak was pretty good. I know flies will fly but since the lettuce is out in the opening, with no lid, it's disheartening to see a fly as you sit and eat your meal. Other than that the people were ok, felt rushed ordering for a first time visitor. Not sure if I'll go back though we paid almost 40 bucks for 2 salads and 2 drinks and for that much I expect excellence not just a OK experience.
