I love the experience that I get when I go to CAVA. Especially the Friendly Shopping Center location. The food is always fresh and the selection of items is amazing. Derrick is always friendly and accommodating. He basically knows what you want before you order. I would recommend CAVA to anyone looking for a great, filling meal without any of the guilt.

Quantity for the price you pay is not fair, the bowl ordered from the menu list as-is, doesn't even full 3/4 of the bowl with the main food but with greens to make it look fuller.(I'm not a big meal person myself). You can order a custom bowl and end up paying $17-$20 for 1 person meal.

Absolutely the best resultant in Greensboro, NC. All of the meals they supply are very unique and keep with the Mediterranean style. Always clean and delicious. Staff is hands down some of the best I’ve ever experienced. I visit CAVA very regularly and the food and freshness is always consistent.
