Overall, it was a very good experience as this was some of my guests' first time visiting. Some minor things: was that one of my guest ordered his steak medium and it came medium well closer to well done, instead of sending it back he just pushed through. Our Server hadn't tried many items on the menu, so he wasn't able to give much input on certain items.

I’m sad because I really liked this place but The manager, Rick, and two of their waitresses verbally attacked and treated my friends and I poorly this evening.
I ate dinner a week ago here as I frequently do and paid for my meal with Apple Pay. Came back a week later with a couple of buddies this evening and ate dinner. Went to pay with Apple Pay and the manager, Rick told me that they had never in 11 years accepted Apple Pay. Not sure if one of your employees is not doing their job right or what but I did pay with Apple Pay one week ago….
Rick guaranteed me that I was wrong and quite frankly was a jerk about the whole thing. I really wasn’t sure what to say because he was being confrontational and telling me that I was wrong when I was telling the truth. He had a super smug look on his face that just pisses someone off. After going back-and-forth a few times, Rick confirmed that they could indeed except Apple Pay, but that he was not willing to do it for me this evening. He seemed sketchy and greasy.… like take a shower and a chill pill before you come to work dude. Really not the kind of dude I want around food being served! Gross.
The waitress, then proceeded to call my friends and I dickheads and acted like we were the ones being crazy! I was certainly flustered because I was trying to figure out how I was going to pay for my meal since they were no longer accepting the same form of payment as they did the week prior. But I thought the entire thing was incredibly unprofessional and Rick just seems like a real mean guy, waitresses are unprofessional and dramatic, food is mediocre… I will not be returning.

Made a reservation through open table and noted we wanted an outdoor table. When we got there, they tried to seat us inside, and I made them aware of my request. They sat us at a blazing table in direct sun because the patio was full and they had clearly not reserved one. Server was unhappy that we asked for the shade to be lowered so our small children didn't roast. Service was very slow on the beginning and drinks took a while as well as being able to order. Food was good and servers attitude got better as the meal went on.

Great service, chicken wings were awesome, but the #7 burger was not a smash burger as advertised. The burger was huge and no crispy edges like a real smash burger. The chips were too thick and not fried hard like chips should be. Other than those two flaws the place could easily be 5 stars, but just my opinion.

Great customer service and excellent food. I definitely recommend their burgers. The music is nice and helps the atmosphere and the servers are very orderly. A good amount of TV's showing different sports and some nice in-house sauces. Overall a chill restaurant to eat at with decent prices.

Food was very good, service not great. It wasn't busy so not sure if we just had someone on an off day or what. It looks like a great place to catch a game or meet up with friends though.
This was my first visit to Char Bar 7. We spent $45 for watery salsa, guacamole and chips, chicken quesadilla and a burger. I've had much better burgers at Wendy's. My husband enjoyed the quesadilla. The appetizer should have been set back. I probably won't go back.

THE most delicious food 🤤 I literally couldn't complain about ANYTHING!!! THE BEST BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP I HAVE EVER HAD PERIOD!! THE BLUE CHEESE FOR THE WEDGE SALAD WITH ABSOLUTELY SCRUMPTIOUS ,FULL OF BIG CHUNKS OF BLUE CHEESE FOR THE BLUE CHEESE LOVERS. THE BEER BATTERED MUSHROOMS WERE OKAY. I LIKE THEM A LITTLE BIT CRISPIER BUT THE TASTE WAS SPOT ON. THE FISH TACOS -ALL I HEARD WAS SMACKING LIPS WHICH MEANS IT WAS DELICIOUS!!!! The shell reminded me of a chalupa but not as thick. The food came out quickly and our server Nikki was attentive and pleasant. I can't wait to come back to try other things that are on the menu. Everything looks so good!.

Hosts (both of them) were nothing but rude. Gave us dirty looks the second we walked in the door, did not speak, and just stood there as we were waiting to be seated. Very unwelcoming the second you walk into the door

The Steak Salad never disappoints! So delicious! We enjoyed sitting in the corner near the fireplace. Best seat in the restaurant in my opinion.
