Food was great, as always. Service was awesome. Our server was very welcoming and friendly. She also had good recommendations as we ventured to try things we don't usually get, as they were out of a few menu options.

impulsively had dinner here with my husband and niece on new year's eve, and we had such a fantastic customer service experience i wanted to share. i first called and inquired on if there was a wait, which there was not. when we arrived, they remembered that i had called and we were sat immediately. unfortunately, i cannot remember the name of our server, but he was absolutely phenomenal - easy going and professional, and very attentively listening. my family has very specific texture and dietary needs, and he answered all of our many questions very patiently and thoroughly, which i truly appreciate. he was attentive with checking in with us without being overbearing. i also did not feel rushed by him at all, which i also really appreciated.
the atmosphere was warm and lively. there were large groups, so it is quite loud, but that's just part of the vibe. whatever radio station they had on was so good and i really enjoyed listening to it. we all enjoyed our food and had an awesome time. i felt that by doing small things, charbar went above and beyond, particularly on the night of a major holiday. we greatly appreciate everyone on staff that evening for a overwhelmingly positive experience.

Wonderful neighborhood dining experience. Menu offers a variety of delicious meals, and food is consistently good. Restaurant is clean and well managed with an outstanding wait staff.

Not an exceptional experience nor poor. Everything was fair for an above average priced burger joint. A little load but what do you would expect for a sports bar. Service was exceptional.

Waitress and employees are nice but the food was just bad, hair in my food, salty pasta and wings, undercooked steak which was limited choices since they were out of many items and lastly my sweet potato was burnt would not come again overall experience was okay.

Char Bar No. 7 in Greensboro was a huge disappointment. Our waitress, Emily, had a nasty attitude from the moment we sat down — acting like we were a burden for simply asking her to do her job. She gave friendly, quick service to customers who looked like her, while treating us people of color like we didn’t matter. When we brought our concerns to the manager, James, he clearly couldn’t care less. Unprofessional and uncomfortable experience overall. We will NOT be returning

Food amazing especially the smokehouse burgers but if asked to sit outside where the fireplace is decline it because it's very hot and uncomfortable out there

While the service was good and there were a few import beers the “club sandwich” was far from it. It was not a club sandwich, but a mediocre , dry and tasteless chicken filet on a hamburger bun. Definitely not a club and definitely not worth revisiting.
Really enjoyed the dip appetizer and mushroom appetizer. The MOS burger was really good as well.

I planned a GNO for thirteen people. I called a week before and tried to make reservations. They told me that they didn't take reservations but for me to call the morning of. So, I called the morning of, the manager I talked to told me that they didn't take reservations and there will be a wait because of the day, time and number in party. But I can call thirty minutes before I get there. So, I did call thirty minutes before, we got there and had to wait (no problem). We got in there and they sat nine people at one side of the restaurant and the other four on the other side of the restaurant. If we couldn't sit together, at least we could have sat on the same side of the restaurant. So, the manager came to our table and was rude and disrespectful. He stated very nasty to us that HE DIDNT HAVE A TABLE TO ACCOMMODATE ALL OF US. THE FOOD AND SERVICE WILL BE GOOD. There is a way you can speak to a person or people and don't have to be rude or disrespectful. I am assuming that since it was a group of ladies that he could talk to us any kind of way. #NOTONMYWATCH
