Daeya (hope I am spelling it correctly) was our server and she was wonderful.
Great recommendations, always checking up on us but not in a hovering way.
Went for a date night and had a great time.

Stopped in to order a whole cheesecake to go plain with sour cream only. They gave me a slice instead which manager had to refund and then said it would be ready in a couple minutes. I waited 15 min. And then when I asked about it was told to look at all the orders they had and said whole cheesecakes were in the back so that would take a couple of minutes even though it had been 15. Then I was told it was ready and they had called it out and you couldn't hear anything in there. Had no numbers staff ignored you. When I got home cheesecake had strawberries and whipped cream on it which was not what I had asked for Will never go here again. Rude staff overpriced and wrong order. Cost 30. Don't go here.

Was my first time coming to the Cheesecake Factory main platter and appetizer were amazing but my cheesecake had a bug leg on it. Probably won’t be back. Everything else was great waitress was amazing but finding the bug leg ruined my experience. Only thing that was offered was to exchange it but after seeing that leg my appetite was gone. They at least took it off the check.

Food is always delicious, but make a reservation or wait for a while. We were so full, took cheesecake to go.
Had a party and was kinda loud @ as I am hard of hearing (so I’ve been told), makes it difficult for conversations.

traveled almost 2 hours to try this restaurant. we got seated quickly on a busy night which was nice. we started off the night with the crab dip and our beverages. never received any silverware or bread and my fiancé had a empty glass for a while and when the server came back around we asked for refills, silverware, and bread. when the server came back with his refill he dropped the glass and shattered it all over me. i ran off to the restaurant embarrassed and soaking wet with glass all over me. when i came back to the table it was “cleaned up” and our food had been delivered. my steak was not cooked properly and overall the food was just alright. instead of the sever bring me a another water which was spilled all over me i was brought back a sprite. still no silver wear or bread. so we decided just to take the food back home. as i was sliding out the booth it wasn’t cleaned off very well because i slid over shards of glass. i did receive an apology from both the server and the manger mike. i was definitely expecting at least the appetizer to be dropped off of the bill but all that was offered was a slice of cheesecake. so i left with my overcooked steak in a box and my pants soaking wet AND STILL PAYED A $80 BILL. I definitely understand that mistakes happen, but I feel as if the manager has no care for his customers experience. i will not be coming back to this location

So I have been coming to this location for 2 years since I moved here. Every time I come in this location I actually look to see who’s bartending before I order drinks. I have had several bad experiences with a bartender named Carly (bar manager) I’m not sure why.!? But anyway…. I have seen her in her element and it’s not professional and it has seemed to me that she’s not serious about her job and doesn’t care about her position. I have had to wait over 20 minutes 2 times for a dirty martini. I took a chance and came in tonight for happy hour and honestly was so relieved that she wasn’t working. Jacob was my bartender tonight and he went above and beyond to make my visit memorable and made me feel like I was the only guest in the building. I was so impressed with the service and the experience I’m floored. The dirty martini that he made me was cold and refreshing (it had ice chips on top). His personality shines through his service and I had to celebrate him. I didn’t feel dissatisfied or disappointed like I usually feel when I see Carly at the bar. I felt relieved and relaxed and knew I was in good hands. I left feeling satisfied and confident that my next experience would be the same. Thank you Jacob for your outstanding service and making me feel like I was special!

The food was amazing. The atmosphere was amazing for my daughter‘s 18th birthday. The only problem was the weight staff who waited on our table was not very attentive and was extremely slow. We all got our food 10 minutes before my stepson got his food and we had to find waiters and waitresses numerous times to ask for a drink refills

I usually don’t post reviews but for this issue I couldn’t help it. Me and my family ordered burgers and the kitchen decided it was best to change the buns to the wheat ones instead of telling us and most of us hate wheat. We also had to wait 15-20 mins for the waiter to come back and by that time all the food was cold so we didn’t even eat dinner. I’ve been here a couple of times and they always run out of something. Just a big waste of my money and I won’t even come back here.
