My family and I have been here many many times, last night was the first time in a while though. We noticed the increase of food prices and drink prices. Just like every other restaurant they have to increase their prices as well. Although I was a bit surprised by at least a 4 to 5 dollar increase on entree, the food was delicious as always, the service was impeccable; thanks Tim!! ******EDITED**** I do appreciate the response from the restaurant however the appetizer I ordered was $16 which is typically the price of an entree. I would love to come and enjoy happy hour prices but unfortunately my schedule does not allow that, but thanks for the suggestion!

Food was amazing and our waitress Kennedy was THE BEST!!! Highly recommend, she made my birthday night amazing!
Avoid this place. My son has never had any allergies, but after eating shrimp here he developed a serious eye inflammation. The place is not clean, and the food quality was poor — it caused us a lot of trouble.

This restaurant is very well known and can satisfy many different people. I love dining out and dine at many different places. This is a very honest review. We sat at a tiny two top table very crammed in with people to our left and right. We could easily hear their conversations and literally touch their tables. The food menu is really large but is a con because it’s very overwhelming. The food is just ok. The best part that attracts most in my opinion is the cheesecakes itself. If you like chain restaurants this one is better than most.

Let me start off by saying the waitress and the cucumber lemonade were amazing, but the Chicken Madeira, not so much. It was underwhelming and had no flavor. There was too much cheese, and the sauce tasted like it could've been flavored with water; that's how bland it was. I've been to other Cheesecake Factories, and it was delicious. This was my first time here, and unfortunately it will be my last. I'll have to travel to other ones with better cooks.

Wow! Went for a Sunday lunch with the fam. Started out well with a quick greeting and drink order from the server. After that, it quickly went downhill. Keep in mind that the restaurant was only about 40% full. With 2 small children, the order was placed quickly. The 4 year old child received his order about 40 minutes ahead of the adults. Four out of the 6 adults received their order and the 5th received her order 15 minutes later. I ordered a salad w/ dressing on the side. My salad came with 2 sides of dressing AND a heap of dressing also tossed in the salad. Too much dressing made the salad inedible, so I sent it back. The last adult received his meal after everyone finished theirs. He ordered a chicken shawarma sandwich and they brought a chicken parm sandwich after the long, painful wait. He returned it and we all waited another 20 minutes for his meal while the 2 children were quite restless. The check was brought out with chicken shawarma on the bill. We refused to pay for it and they obliged us and no charged it. My rule for any restaurant is 3 strikes. After the 3rd strike, we’re not going back, but the Cheesecake Factory in Greensboro managed to strike out on the first go. It was that bad. Eating out is too expensive to settle for garbage service and food like this.

The food, service, and cocktails are great here. The desserts are divine. It is a very noisy restaurant.

We visited this restaurant yesterday to celebrate my friend’s birthday, and unfortunately the experience was far from what we expected. We ordered the Nacho Factory, but the chips were hard, the cheese was barely noticeable, and the dish tasted as if it had been reheated in a microwave. The side dishes also lacked flavor.
For the children, we ordered chicken tenders, which arrived overly breaded, bland, and without any seasoning. One of the kids ordered salmon from the children’s menu, and upon seeing it, he refused to eat it. When I tried it myself, it was evident the fish was spoiled. This is extremely concerning, especially for food intended for children.
Additionally, we waited over an hour for our meals. While our server was kind and attentive, the overall quality of the food has decreased significantly. This is now the third time I leave this restaurant more disappointed than before. Sadly, the decline in quality is very noticeable. 👎🏻

I went there before and I enjoyed they’re dessert
One of, if not the WORST dining experiences I've ever had. Nothing about it was good. Only good food anyone in my 7 person crew had that they liked was the cheese sticks. We waited almost an hour and a half to be seated, after being told 45 min wait, then waited more than an HOUR before getting our food! None of the employees were nice or had pleasant attitudes... Will never go again, and several people with me said the same.

We had reservations for a party of 12. I was the only one who didn't get their food. When I did get it, the Hamburger was raw. Everyone was done eating and I canceled reorder. Beautiful atmosphere. Kitchen probably overwhelmed. Bread appetizer was good. Wanted to try this place for awhile, very disappointed.

Unfortunately I think the main issue here is a lack of server training as well as no presence of competent management and a basic lack of attention to detail in general.
I had to ask multiple times for lime for my mother's water and finally went to the bar to get it myself. We were well over halfway through when someone finally did a check to see if we were satisfied so-far. When our water glasses were finally refilled, water was spilled during the pour and wasn't wiped up until asked to do so. Empty appetizer and entree dishes were not cleared away. It felt as if we were being rushed out, and had to ask if we could have desert. We had an appetizer, 2 entrees, 1 glass of wine and 1 beer, and 2 deserts totalling $110. Having been in the restaurant business for more than 20 years, I usually tip at minimum 20%, I did not do so on this occasion.

I haven't been to the Cheesecake Factory in about 5 years since I moved from Florida. I now live in the mountains so to go to the cheesecake Factory. Is it about an hour and 45 minutes away, but since it was my birthday my family treated me. The atmosphere was great. The hostess was excellent and also my waitress was really good but I ordered the broccoli and it came on his own separate plate the size of tree branches. The food was not hot and I was a little disappointed. Not sure when I would go back , but just a heads up.

Way more expensive but selection is meh.
It's becoming so popular that it's crowded! The only complaint I have, is the overpriced Asian cucumber salad! You're paying $11 for half a cucumber sliced up, with some vinaigrette sauce and a couple of sliced peppers?!? I guess the tariffs are hurting everybody? The upside to my visit was the fact that I did not know they made omelets! I got the California omelette, which I thought was really good. The food is always good here anyways. It's just the price that you got to be careful of! Hahaha
