Zero stars, they cannot manage their drive thru lanes and the managers have zero care for customers. Go to any other chick-fil-a in Greensboro but not this location.

I don’t know who is doing the hiring at this chick fil a, but I have been coming here for over 15 years and never had a bad experience until the past year. Everytime I go through the Mobile Order lane, every person that brings out the food has been nothing but rude and has a horrible attitude. Today at 11:15 Thursday December 11th, I went through, and the young girl who is bringing out orders to cars has a “don’t care” attitude. Comes up to my window and says “here ya go” and slings my food at me. I say thank you just to get ignored and she walks off. Completely unprofessional. What happened to the customer service at this location? ITS TERRIBLE.

I stopped by Chick-fil-A earlier this week, and the service was excellent from the moment I walked in. The staff greeted me right away, helped me decide what to order, and made sure everything came out hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean, and my order was prepared exactly how I asked. I really appreciate how friendly and patient everyone was during a busy time. I’ll definitely be coming back with my friends

The manager/Owners need to get it together. I've been here multiple times because my son loves their Mac n cheese. And EVERY SINGLE TIME I see issues. And what I mean is that the issue is coming from management not the employees. Corporate needs to come pay a visit for everyone's sake. I've seen herds being treated more respectfully than the poor employees from this location. I will be calling corporate myself and Id be more than happy to send all the videos and pictures Ive taken. As for my son and my service, I'll be going to another location. DISGUSTING!!
