I came to Chick-fil-A today at around 11:10. They told me to pull over so they could cook Me fresh strips. The strips are hard as a rock. The lemonade looks like regular lemonade instead of strawberry lemonade doesn’t taste worth anything. I tried to call them. No one‘s answering the phone after three phone calls.

Picking up an uber and the guy. Instead of saying the name for the uber to the girl next to him he goes they can help you over there as if she was across the room. These kids running these restaurants are so rude. No sign of respect to any of there customers. This is not the first time I’ve encountered this at this restaurant and it’s not just this one it’s all of them.

I have used the mobile through order ahead twice in the last month and not received my full order. There is no way to indicate this through the app for a refund. To date I have not received an original chicken sandwich and 2 large fries. For a franchise that is usually exceptional at service, this is disappointing. I will be avoiding this location in the future.

I received my food today and to say disappointed is truly an understatement, I usually never have issues out of Chick fil A. Today I found a bug on my sandwich which is completely unacceptable. Please be aware of what could be in your food!

Yesterday 1/28/2025, I became completely disgusted with Chick-Fil-A for the first time in my life! I'm going to try to make this short; I arrived shortly after 4pm to grab several gift cards. There were 3 girls in front of me who placed their order first. When it was my turn, the cashier turned around to grab the gift cards that I purchased from the register behind her. One of the 3 girls assault the cashier by throwing change in her face. Not two or three coins; a handful..forcefully thrown. The manager came out from behind the drive thru area twice, but continued to stand behind the counter, just to look around the store. When I noticed some time had went by and no one relieved this cashier who was clearly disturbed by what just happened and the manager never came back out, I requested to speak to him myself to see why he allowed that girl to assault his employee and still remain in the lobby to eat her lunch. His response was that he was waiting to hear back from Corporate for further instruction. As a leader, people are placed in leadership positions because they are deemed qualified to handle/resolve challenging situations. The manager at the very least should have never allowed the attacker to remain in the restaurant and should have also at the very least allowed his employee to step away. There's no reason why she should have still remained at the register after being assaulted and humiliated like that. I frequent this location on my lunch breaks when I am in the office and sometimes on the weekends, but after seeing the lack of compassion that leadership has for its employees and how non-chalant he was about this situation, I will absolutely never spend a single dime here again!!!!

i placed an drive through order at 10:26 am. i was in the chickfila line by 10:30 and the app cancelled my order and said for me to speak to a team member. once i got to the window to talk to the team member the team member told me to come inside and talk to a manager. once i get inside i don’t even get to speak to a manager and they claimed it’s nothing they can do because breakfast has ended already. but of course breakfast ended already because i was waiting in like for 15+ minutes to speak to a team member about why my order was cancelled. horrible service

Just came out of drive thru, I spent $50 and they wouldn't give me extra bowls to serve my starving kids in the back seat. Then I go to open my sandwich and this is what I get! I'm so angry!

According to google, the national average for Chick-fil-A drive-through wait time is about 8.5 minutes. If that’s true, this Chick-fil-A is worse than the national average by about 10 minutes, since my wait time in the drive-through is never less than 20 minutes, and once was almost a half-hour.

The food is no longer worth the wait or price. There’s nothing going for this Chick-fil-A beyond convenience of the location.

I ordered through the app and went through the mobile-thru at the Whitsett location. Took 15 minutes. I got my food before the 3 cars in front of me, but still had to wait because I couldn’t get out the drive thru until everyone pulled out. The regular drive thru went faster than the mobile thru lane. What’s the point of ordering ahead?? Ridiculous.

Just left this chick fil A and I will not be going back to this location! After waiting over 10 minutes in line, only to receive the wrong order! Went back in the drive thru and no apologies from anyone instead I was handed back the old order with cold fries and new chicken. after having to wait on the new order! Asked the girl for chick fil A sauce and instead of apologizing she argued with me over seeing my receipts just to give me some sauce! She wanted to see the same receipts for the order she just gave me! No sauce was in my order and instead of an apology she refused to give me one chick fil A sauce until she saw my order the same order this obviously slow worker just fixed! Management needs to crack down on this rude worker who obviously knows nothing about customer service! And it’s the worker with the heavy eyeliner and crooked bottom teeth! Hope that helps management! Short with black hair!

I placed an order on my mobile app to pick up. Two of the three orders were wrong - my daughter’s order was missing nuggets, my son’s meal was missing sauce and no kid toy/treat. Extremely slow and not friendly.

Multiple items missing from order, manager on the phone was useless and sounded lost. Looking at the other poor reviews for this location, I wonder what the common denominator is?
