Update in 2025 - still extremely slow. Did advance mobile order of a milkshake and waited in drive thru over 15 minutes. Original review: Extremely slow, even with a small drive-thru line. Waited over 15 minutes for a sandwich and fries with only six cars in front of me.

I purchased a grilled chicken muffin and the chicken was so thin it tasted like I was chewing Jerky. Not to mention they didn’t put my daughter’s sausage biscuit in the bag.

I received the wrong order on the 2/14 after placing my order on the app. When I got home with my food Chick-fil-A called me to tell me they messed up my order, I checked and they did, to which they apologized and promised to add the order back onto my app. I was so impressed. Only they never added it back to my app. So I went to the website to complain only for them to send me a meal for a lesser value sandwich than I ordered originally. I just want my grilled chicken club. This entire thing was insulting and a waste of time. Do not go to this location.

It’s not good anymore. I used to love chick fil a but now the quality just sucks. Styrofoam fries and slimes wet chicken. I thought maybe the wet nasty chicken was just the sandwiches until I got the nuggets. I couldn’t even hold the nuggets without the bread falling off or they were literally so wet that I couldn’t get a grip to hold them.

I never had serious problem at any chick fil a location good food great service as per usual. So I asked the lady at the register about a military discount I was shocked to hear they actually DO have one now but you have to be in uniform... I'm a veteran so I wont be never wearing a military uniform again and I'm going on 10 years now. My question is why don't we honor our military and our veterans? I just been feeling like I belong to a forgotten-class of great people who have sacrificed alot to benefit someone else so stop being stingy and share a little lol

Small piece of chicken on biscuit, didn't even cover the bread. Can't remember last time I got a decent sized piece of chicken at Chick-fil-A. Associate didn't ask if I needed any condiments so when I drove around I asked for one packet of sauce and she rolled her eyes. I still said thanks and she gave no reply. None. Sorry I inconvenienced her. 🙄

I’m pretty disappointment by the experience I’ve received at this location compared to others. As a signature member, I’ve purchased a shocking amount of food from CFA. This location lacks features others have implemented to improve the user experience, such as a mobile order lane and curbside delivery. You can expect a long drive-thru line at any location, but this location’s drive-thru moves slower than others. On my recent visit, I had a mobile order for two milkshakes and was excited to see a shorter line than usual. I waited ~10+mins in line to receive my order with ~5mins of a standstill. While waiting, orders were delivered to vehicles before me but behind the first vehicle in line. But when I did reach the window, orders behind me were brought out. I waited at the window, looking at my prepared shakes on the table while other orders were being prepared. Eventually it appeared a supervisor stepped in and recognized I was waiting for only two milkshakes. The inefficiency viewed in this experience is the final straw for my family. With this location so close to my residence, CFA has been a go-to place for take-out but I’ll be taking my business to other surrounding business or another CFA location.

09/20/24: I am in absolute disgust. I ordered a Cobb salad from this location & did not check the bag until I got to my destination (which is very unusual) and there was a COMB, yes, USED HAIR COMB IN MY BAG WITH MY FOOD. I ended up going back to the location after calling letting them know I was in route— once I got there.. one of the workers asked was I the one who called and I said yes.. she then took the bag to the back where the drive through orders were being made and I heard the workers giggling. The manager then came to the front and asked did I want a refund or the order remade. I told him I wanted my money back! No further questions were asked, I did not receive an apology, anything on the house — NOTHING! No one went above and beyond or even seemed to give a F that there was a hair comb in the same bag as my food — what I can’t seem to understand is WHY ARE THERE COMBS NEAR FOOD ANYWAY?! I am very upset and wasted so much of my time due to someone else’s negligence. I will NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION!

I eat there a couple times a week and one of the best parts is enjoying my time with Linda. She is very happy funny and cheerful and always brightens my day. On the other hand, I had an interaction with JaQuinn that was very rude. She is not a pleasant lady.
