This is the worst location. I live not even five minutes away from this location and when I got home, my food was cold. I also got a medium fry and there were barely any fries in the box.

They employees are trained to steal points if you don’t scan they take mines every time then I go home and try to upload receipts but it say that it was already uploaded and only at this location have I experienced this
Line is always wrapped around their building, but somehow manages to get everyone in and out with fresh food and smiles. I wish they offered milkshakes on the app instead of adding it with the team member, though. Kudos!
Love this! They were out of stock for something I ordered but I’d used app points to purchase it. They didn’t have a way to credit the points back to me, so the manager asked me for my phone number to send me a free one in app. I drove away fully expecting it to be a loss and chalking it up to “sometimes these things happen”, but much to my delight and surprise… he actually sent me the free thing in my app to replace what they weren’t able to fulfill! Seriously, I wish every place could have the service level of Chick Fil A. This is why I return again and again! Thank You so much!
