Drive thru experience was the worst. Had to order through the intercom, asked to have the order read back to me. So, I corrected the fry size to large, then the rude lady said, “You didn’t order that!” She should have been polite and read back the order to me before, to make sure all was good with the order. There was no…”It’s my pleasure.” This location has some good employees, but one bad employee can ruin your image. It’s not the Chick-fil-A you look forward to.

I generally really like Chick-fil-A but their customer service is not so great anymore. Did you let you get a lunch sandwich during the breakfast menu and tell you it will take 10 or 15 minutes. So I ordered two Deluxe spicy chicken sandwiches and when I got home and opened them up they were little tiny pieces of chicken let go on a biscuit. I actually wait each piece of meat and one was 1.9 Oz and the other was 1.5 Oz . I checked online to find out how many ounces are in a regular chicken sandwich and its 4 to 5 oz. Of course I did not know that and paid the full price I called and talked to the manager on duty and she advised me that they can only give you the little pieces in the morning and not the regular cuz they're not prepared yet. It does let you order it online and it does let you do that but she's perfectly happy with just give me out the little pieces of chicken for the same price as the large ones. No apologies no nothing that's just the way it is.
