I ordered a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich and they gave me a grilled?????? spicy deluxe with colby jack cheese. Who the heck likes that sandwich it’s awful. i’m never going back to this location EVER again. I have always been a loyal customer and I feel betrayed. Who even would ask for this godforsaken sandwich. Awful. Disgusting. Terrible. The bread i could leave a whole other paragraph about but i’ll spare it. I’m very angry.

i loved the place go here all the time hey i will mention sometimes i get drive thru and they do miss like one or 2 drinks or sandwich’s or fries but they will change your order I got a salad one time that looked old and didn’t look fresh so i asked for fries instead and they gave me the fries for free other than that food is good nice staff clean restaurant.
Kid-friendliness: They have a playground there for your kids when they are done eating before you .

Do not come to this Chick-Fil-A if you are looking for a “Chick-Fil-A” customer service experience. This restaurant lacks attention to detail as well as care for their customers and I will not be back! I called to express my concerns based on the poor customer service I experienced last night and Nolan, the employee who answered the phone, responded with “we’re a little busy right now, I can’t get my manager”. I have never in my life had such poor customer service before at any of these franchises. I am astonished! Spend your money elsewhere.

It is always a hit or miss at this exact location. The food temperature is usually good but there’s a 50% chance my order will be wrong. I need to start sitting in the line and make sure my order is accurate before pulling off but I hate feeling like I’m holding up the line. Today I ordered the seasonal spicy grilled deluxe with Colby-jack. There’s no cheese and this is a regular grilled sandwich with old soggy tomatoes. It’s very frustrating to not receive what you paid for.

We went through the drive through and the employees there don’t have heaters! In a 30 degree weather and they have them taking orders and payments without heaters. The guy who took our order was shaking because he was so cold… no one should work like that….

Girls at the window too busy gossiping to fulfill orders correctly. My order took longer to get to me than I would have liked, and they had the window open the entire time they're standing there giggling and going on and on about trivial things. My normal breakfast order consists of a grilled bowl with no salsa, a granola parfait with no granola (it comes in a little packet you can add yourself, and I just don't like CFAs granola so I add my own) and a large sunjoy with no ice. Today they gave me everything I DIDN'T ask for. Salsa and granola included in my bag, as well as ice in my drink. The fillet in my bowl wasn't even cut up all the way.

My boy friend has got food poisoning from this Chick-fil-A. He’s gone down with diarrhea, vomiting, fever and chills.. all from a chicken biscuit….. I repeat do not go here for food if you want to be in the hospital…. We will be taking this complaint to the department of health

You cannot go wrong with the Lord's chicken. As far as fest food restaurants this I is the spot. Irregardless of the location, you will find that the staff of always pleasant and happy, the premises are always cleanly and no matter the line you can always expect to get in and out in a timely manner with an accurate order.

Angela is amazing!! What a wonderful soul. My daughter and I had a late lunch here and we watched as she helped an elderly man out to his car, she greeted everyone in the place and asked if she could refill drinks or get them anything. During conversation with her we could see what an amazing person she truly is! Customer service is top-notch and she was the icing on the cake!
The Spicy Honey Pepper Pimento Sandwich is worth going out of your way to have!! This should be permanently on the menu.

Most mismanaged store i have ever seen! My son worked here and had an awful time! Management constantly lies to there employee and they violate several labor laws involving underage workers. They also have no clue how to schedule! I will not support this store and tell others go to the other locations in town not this one!

What a craphole of a Chick-fil-A....Made to wait for my food that was sitting on the outside ledge in drivethru while the entitled in front got to wait on their large order backing up the drivethru. Also, the drink I kept that was charged FULL PRICE for was hot & no ice!!! I wished I would have never come to.. Never Again.. You're doing a GREAT disservice to Greensboro!!!!!!!!!!!
