A happy smiling greeting goes a long way nowadays and your employees were all so welcoming and you could tell they were happy to be working there. Good food goes a long way but is extra good when served with a smile and a happy personality. it really made my day. 5 stars!!!
I’m not sure what the deal with this location is? They are never open inside. Online ordering is not convenient when you have to just get in line with the rest of drive thru. I’ve worked in this area for a long time and this store never has staffing. I have never seen a more poorly organized chick fil a ever. In my opinion, it must be something wrong with the management because Chick-fil-A pays well and every other Chick-fil-A that I go to is very well staffed and never closed....read full review
My daughter and I had a horendous experience at this ChickfilA location. We usually go to the one in our town but we came to NC for vacation. We were excited to see what this location had to offer. Terrible service, horrible manager (Laura? Lauren? whatever you are!), and bad service and manners from employees. Also, where is the owner? I thought they selectively choose the best people to become ChickfilA owners! Unbelievable. 😱😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
