Great place. I came here from the opposite side of the street " BOJANGLES" . Where is horrible service. I have been waiting for my order for over 30 minutes and didn't get it.
I enjoyed the food, but I witnessed the management treating their employees poorly, and it truly ruined the experience.

Second time I ordered from this location in Greensboro NC two of my 12 count chicken were missing the second time and both times the chicken has been over cooked and could eat it do better chick fila Greensboro location is the worst I have ever ordered from not ever again!!

ANGELA ANGELA ANGELA is all I can say. Such a kind soul helping customers out to their cars and making sure my mom and I had a very pleasant experience! The store was very tidy and the food was awesome as always! YALL GIVE ANGELA A RAISE!

Came in today to pick up a mobile order. Kobe was getting out DoorDash and mobile orders and he has an outstanding attitude! Keep up the good work Kobe your customers really appreciate your positivity !!
This store is always clean. We always dine in. The associates are always kind and helpful. At one point, an associate will always come to the table and ask how the food is, if we need a drink refill or inquire if everything is satisfactory. Chick-fil-A is always clearly above all other fast food restaurants just by the associates' friendliness and great attitudes! Our favorite fast food restaurant by far! ALWAYS a great experience!! On a side note, I love the mouthwash dispenser in the restroom! I am able to freshen my breath before I leave!! Where else do you get that? Nowhere!!!
Parking: Such a popular drive thru, that it takes a minute to park, but is well worth it!
Kid-friendliness: Play area for the children available. Associates are always friendly to my daughter and say "hi" with a smile!
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking and ramps are available. There are plenty of these spots, not just one or two.
