The food and service were excellent. I stopped by here around 8pm and went thru the drive thru. The employees were friendly and got my order right the first time and handed the food to me within a few minutes. Everything was hot and fresh, the Mac and cheese is delicious ?

I pulled up right at 859 but there were cones in the drive way & when I finally got to the door at 902 they told me they closed & I tried to go to the drive thru but they told me they were closed & there was nothing they could do. Charlotte locations would never do me like that. I'll never go back. & the guy closed the window in my face like sorry oh well. Never going back.

Stopped in this morning around 9 AM to place a catering order for 11 AM. I know this was a huge ask and was fully expecting to be told no, as I had at the previous three places I visited. Their staff member Nikki took a deep breath and said she thought they could work it out. I came back at 11 and Nikki and the team had knocked it out of the park. 25 wraps, a nugget tray, fruit tray, and everything you could possibly need to cater a lunch were ready for me. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Nikki helped carry everything to my car. I can’t thank her and the team enough for saving the day for me today! Every thing was tasty and my event went off without a hitch!

When going to any Chick-fil-A restaurant, one can know that the menu options, except milkshakes at times, will be the same, as well as product quality and consistency.The facilities are kept immaculate, too. The staff are friendly and helpful.Bottom line: If you like chicken, you can't go wrong. As is the case at all fast food brands, the prices are on the costly side. Expect to pay about $10 / person.
