The bathroom was a little smelly but other than that it was great. The waffle fries were perfectly salted and cooked which not all Chick-fil-A get right

Unfortunate experience overall. We ordered delivery and the bag wasn’t sealed. Our child’s kids meal, my fries and chicken nuggets had hair on them (3 total) and there was liquid in the bag from our drink so the meal got soggy.

The order wasn’t compliant with safety protocol and we decided to discard the food. Just disappointed because UberEats won’t compensate for the meal. We would have appreciated care in closing up the bag so that delivery drivers can’t get in. You don’t know who people are and putting peoples food in the hands of anyone without ensuring it’s protected is in your hands.

This order was requested today, July 29th at around 2pm. I hope you decide to make things right with us.

- I showed up here to pickup a grubhub order
-Stood there for 10 mins at pickup spot before anyone said anything to me and it was only one other pickup driver there.
-This location Chick-fil-A said 2 contradicting things:
1) First they said another driver already picked up the order I was there to pickup(which is a rare glitch in the grubhub app but it happens).
-I call the customer and ask, and customer says they’re still waiting on their order and that their driver(customer says my name) is waiting to pick it up. So after hearing this on the phone with the customer I then tell the staff to remake the order.
2) The staff then switched their response from “another driver already picked up that order” to “we never received that order in our system”🥴

Normally grubhub just resubmits the order and it’s all good. But NOPE, this time grubhub themselves just cancels the order(NOT the customer) and I wasted 25 mins for absolutely nothing. And all the staff at this Chick-fil-A did was have a clues look on their face and just got back to work and ignored me until I left🥴

Yo they playing so I went the other day and they burnt me muffin it was hard so I got a remake then they gave me the smallest piece of spicy chicken and it barely had no meat so I called and they said I could get a remake for free and by golly if they ain't give me a baby sized piece of chicken AGAIN... like when they start doing that... I'm hungry and disappointed...geez! Omw to biscuitville where I know the chicken full grown lol... nah but for real.

The food was wonderful. Service was fantastic. There were a lot of people waiting for their food when we got there and done ordering. They had gone when we got done and left. It my have been the lunch crowd still. I'm not sure.

I came to Chick-fil-A on today one of the hottest days we've had this summer yet. It is 100° outside and you still have people outside taking orders. This is ridiculous. If you don't make them stand outside in the rain which is also something you shouldn't do, you definitely shouldn't make them stand outside in 100° Heat. I don't understand why we can't use the order window like everywhere else. I want to clarify this has nothing to do with the employees who work here this is a corporate problem. It makes me want to not come back for anything

I went up there today to order some dinner. I wanted to try the grilled chicken wrap, but I can't eat lettuce or cabbage. So I asked them to remove it and they made a big deal saying they can't do that. So I figured I'd just remove the stuff at home. I get it home and my first issue is the wrap is nearly ice cold, I checked and it was 48°. Unacceptable. Next, I unwrap the wrap and there's 2 tiny bites of chicken per half and a mountain of lettuce all intertwined in the meat. Finally, the wrap itself was so massive that it could fit double the meat but you put a tiny speck of meat and hid it under lettuce. Also this tiny item was $8 for $2 of food. I will never go back to this or any Chick-fil-A again.

Service was terrible Saturday the drive thru. Long waits with a mobile order for a drink 15 minutes. Never acknowledge by the employees after waiting a long time.
