I am a big fan of this place go a lot , love their lemonade and fries and chicken fingers. If you have not tried it please do.
We placed a mobile order and got our food quickly but there was a line and the two cars in front of us had complaints/issues with their orders. We had to sit there while BOTH of them got it worked out because there was no way for us to get out of line. There should be a better system such as pulling them up a bit or asking that they come inside for corrections. It is not ideal to be stuck behind someone in line when we already have our order. I’m sure the workers may appreciate it too.

i wouldn’t waste my time or money coming to this chick-fil-a, every time i go i order ahead online and i am stuck waiting in line for least 20 minutes, the regular drive through usually is faster than the mobile order line. the chicken minis are hard as a rock and the bread is very stale- seems like they’ve been sitting out all morning. i couldn’t even eat them. this has been several times at this chick-fil-a now. don’t waste your time!

I normally take food to go, but this one time, I forgot my milkshakes on the parking lot. Staff was so kind that they remember who I was and reimburse me for the one I left behind. They really had outstanding customer service. Not because of the milkshakes, they are usually nice to everybody, and they do their job real well. I love chick fil a. And I would strongly recommend everybody.
