Chicken Salad Chick

I tried chicken salad chick for the first time, and I will most definitely return! I had high hopes, but this place went above and beyond! The personnel was very kind and patient, and they worked quickly! After receiving my drink and taking a seat, I finished my order in less than five minutes! In addition, the meal is delicious and well presented! I adored the atmosphere, which was just what I had anticipated!

Amazing food! I placed a pick up order and asked for Mayo on it but they don’t do that so they gave me two different types of mustard on the side and their version of honey mustard is phenomenal! Thank you so much! Also your new red velvet cakes are amazing and so are the cookies as always! I always love the free cookie with my meal it’s so nice!

Really good food. Not into chicken salad unless we are down to our last bits of groceries but my wife loves it so we were recommended to try it and it was extremely good. I got the croissant with the spicier chicken salad (can't remember the name but it's not the buffalo) and it was so good we ordered a second one and we split it up and ate it! Highly recommend it.

I don’t usually, if ever post reviews but it was time. My family has been going to Chicken Salad Chick for a long time but the last few times, we have been less than pleased with the flies inside while we are trying to eat. There weren’t just one or two flies either. Also, this last visit, the fruit seemed old as many of the grapes and strawberries were just mush. I do hope this doesn’t become the norm as our family loves their chicken salad but with how expensive eating out has become there has to be a level of standard.

Up date....still feel the same! Thought i would try one more time. I will not be back!!!!!!!!!! 7-9-25. Had to change my 5 star to 1 star for service!!! I usually have a very good experience here! The girl that took my order was very rude!!!! The food was not as good either. Very disappointed on this visit today! 4-17-25

Definitely don’t order online around lunch time. They prioritize in house so it takes 30+ minutes to get a to go order.

We were having visitors from another location to join us for lunch at work so I ordered online a large Fancy Nancy, Classic Carol and a Pimento Cheese. They were a big hit. Next time I'll buy 2 Fancy Nancy's so I'll have 1 I can keep at home. Yummy!!

This was my first time trying chicken salad chick and I definitely will be back!! This place exceeded my expectations, which were high, and more!! The staff was so incredibly patient and sweet along with quick!! Once I got my drink and sat down I was right out the door in under 5 minutes with my order!! The food is also so incredibly tasty and the presentation is beautiful!! The atmosphere is exactly what I expected, and I loved it!!!!

Went in today for lunch and waited 25 minutes for my single sandwich take out order. Employees are not very friendly or welcoming.

I have a ton of catering pick up orders here! Clearly they do an amazing job! Whenever I'm assigned to pick up here, I grab it as quickly as I can! Staff is super nice, but I my orders are always on time and the food looks delicious!
