cashier harmony acted like this was the last place she wanted to be. She was rude to my mother when asked a question about the menu. No smile, no thank you, just “mhm” the entire time. Complete lack of interest in her job or serving others. This is not the first time at this location either.

A winner: one of my "go-to" take-out places for well-prepared, nutritious cuppa-soup-&-chicken-salad meals for around $10 a pop (beverages extra). They always include a dill pickle slice, and a little single-wrap iced shortbread cookie in each box.Parking: Never have had any problem getting a parking spot within close proximity to door (I can't walk very far). A plus also on rainy days, lol.

The food was awesome as usual! My only drawback was I placed my order online and still waited 30 minutes to get my food. I was on lunch which made me late because of the wait. They seemed very unorganized for it only being 11:00 am.

My wife and I went for lunch. Ordered and waited 30 mins bc the kitchen doesn't work orders, in the order that they are receiving them. Party of 10 came in and I watched them order as we waited. Then their food came out before ours. Make it make sense. Then they get an attitude w us bc we addressed the issue. ?

Went during lunch hour and it was busy as I expected it would be. However there was a line for the ordering and the register line but there was also one for the pickup online orders. There’s a system in place that should have been a pick up and go. They have a shelf but there were no orders on it. They were asking for names and pulling them from the back but we’d been waiting a few minutes. Again not terrible but when you’re on a limited time lunch break and it’s supposed to be ready, you trust that it will.

I frequent this CSC location and am always so impressed by the level of quality and customer service that I receive. I am consistently met with smiling faces and great conversation when I stop in. I visited tonight for dinner and the Monday night team was outstanding! By far one of my favorite places to eat in Greensboro.

I placed a catering order to be picked up on 1/13/24 for a birthday party I was hosting on 1/14/24. The crackers were not provided for my chicken salad, nor was the extra toppings I requested for the two orders of grape salad. The worst part is I ordered fresh fruit, and was served old fruit (see photos). Teresa insists on arguing via email that this fruit is not old. If the fruit is slimy and mushy, it is old. I’m not going to keep arguing with you. Instead of issuing me a refund for the fruit ($20 Plus Tax = $21.40), she wrote my name on a white board and said I would have a $20 credit the next time I came in. To add to the inconvenience, this credit cannot be used for in-app purchases like I normally order, and it cannot be used at other CSC locations. I won’t use this location again for a catering order.
