Waited for an hour to get main course just for it to come out cold. Waitress got the manager and when he brought it out he apologized. I declined the food because I had to leave and then he got a pissy attitude and huffed off. Terrible experience, can’t wait to never see this place again.

Was served on my first date by Sol, she was amazing and checked in on is to make sure everything was perfect. Got the triple dipper with the Nashville Hot Mozzarella sticks the most delicious thing on this planet earth!! Watermelon lemonade hit too!!

Service was wonderful. There was four of us. Food portions were more than enough. Steak was grilled perfect, salads were very fresh.

I ordered from here last night and ate mold ! I’m so disgusted! The manager gas lighting me when I called making statements like “we just ordered new buns and we only have been using fresh buns that came in today” when I know that’s not true because why does my bread have mold on it. White powdered substance on bread is mold. He even tried to lie and say they cook the rolls in flour. I then had to tell him no sir this is for certain mold. I believe he even pretended to give me a refund just to get me off of the phone

I have been to this Chili's several times and each time the service was great. My server, Amone was very kind and attentive towards my table the entire time. I would definitely go back to this because the energy in the place was positive and the food was amazing.

I waited 10 minutes before I was greeted. I saw the bartender who tuned out to be the manager take no real interest in the infrastructure of the front of house in the restaurant. The server was in the weeds off weed and was still continuing to get sat. Then he directed his attention to making a drink behind the bar, totally ignoring his tables.
