Chili's Grill & Bar

Took almost an hour to get food after ordering apps and dinners, and then everything came out at once. Which really defeated the purpose of ordering an appetizer.

Do not recommend gave me & 3 of my friends food poisoning last weekend. The service was so slow took over 30mins for appetizers to come out and the wings were undercooked we sent them back. Another 30mins our entrees still hadn’t come out we just asked to have it placed in a to go box. I ate one bite of a chicken tender because we were ready to leave and two hours later I became severely sick. The night my friend started throwing up it was horrible. But hey the lemon drops were good. Don’t go here

You have to wait a long time for food

I got to the location at 10:10 and was told we wouldn’t be seated because the restaurant was full but there were tables open that I could see. We made a to go order instead and the man who took the order was rude and didn’t even get the order correct. My food came 25 minutes later and was room temperature. I got the wrong mozzarella sticks and they didn’t even have honey chipotle sauce. All in all it was a terrible first experience at this Chili’s.

Oh boy, it was busy, and we were hangry! The wait was over an hour, and they might have skipped up by accident. I felt Karen starting to come out, lol. We almost left. We're glad we didn't. When we finally sat, the staff took great care of us. We enjoyed our food and all was well.

I wouldn't do no to go orders here I placed a pickup order on door dash at 8:45 they said it was ready to pick up and qsaeaeee it to 3ssa

Employee allowed another customer cut in front of us at the drive thru and order at the window making us wait 15 minutes. After 15 minutes the Employee pulled the car forward and when I brought this to her attention she acted like she didn't care.

I only order To-Go & Ive ate here many times and this is the 1st time (to my knowledge) to find hair in my meal.
There was a long fine strand of hair embedded in my salad.

Me and my husband decided to go to Chilis for my birthday around 2:00 to grab something quick to eat. We got sat and immediately was left there for 10 minutes. I tried to give the server the benefit of the doubt since I’m I. Food service but the restaurant was pretty empty. I’m truly disappointed especially since I seen other tables get service. I will definitely not go to this Chili’s again!!!

I hate leaving bad reviews, but this experience was so bad. So first, we waited an hour for a burger and mozzarella sticks. Food came, but they tried to give my order to another table. Then when we got our food. My boyfriend didn't get his burger they sent out a chicken sandwich instead. People around us had gotten food before us and they came in 20 mins later and sat down.
