I wish I could give 0 stars. My family and I waited 20 plus minutes on a Tuesday night and didn't get to order. They were not busy but decided to skip over our table and take care of everyone else. Won't be back!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love their 3 for me menu and free chips and salsa if you are a reward member. Please bring back the street and regular corn. It was the best. That's my only disappointment is when a restaurant takes away a good thing.

Slow Slow Slow they seemed to be unorganized.. got salad about 30 seconds before my burger.. salad wilted, frys were cold, burger was good..

Chili’s doesn’t seem to be as popular as it used to be. But this one is definitely one of my favorite places to go. Best margaritas in Greensboro if you don’t believe it go see. Also the best smash burger in town I like way better than bad daddy’s even better than hops just my opinion
On October 25th, I arrived around 9:00 PM and was warmly greeted by the host, who was kind and welcoming. I asked if we could sit at the bar, and she walked over to speak with the bartender, Sahara. To my surprise, Sahara abruptly yelled “no” across the room in a dismissive tone. It was embarrassing and disheartening to be spoken to that way in front of others.
The host returned and explained that the bartender was busy, which I initially understood. However, about ten minutes later, I noticed Sahara on the opposite side of the restaurant laughing and talking loudly with two other employees. It was clear she was not too busy to serve — This led me to believe that she simply did not want to serve us.That realization left me feeling singled out and unwelcome.
When our food finally came, it was cold and had to be remade. Thankfully, our server was extremely kind, attentive, and professional — the one bright spot in what had otherwise become a disappointing evening.
I had looked forward to enjoying my night out, but instead I left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable.

Very slow service when trying to grab a quick work lunch, and only 5 tables sat, so not sure why so slow for a salad and soup lunch! Soup this day, loaded baked potato, was almost as if it was poured out of a can into the pot, heated and served! Not very good and now I recall why I had stopped visiting with any regularity! I will say though as always the chips and salsa where worth it, warm chips and salsa just right.

We went on my husband's birthday at around 2pm on a Thursday. The host put the three of us at a large table meant for 6 in between two tables full of adults and babies, in the bar, with very loud music. I asked if we could sit in the dining area and the host said no and walked off. This is not the first time this has happened and it's not the first time this restaurant has lost my business as a result. I do not want to sit in the bar. I would much rather sit with my small group in a booth designed for just a few people. Please allow your guests to sit in the regular dining area away from all of the noise and the bar.
