Last several mobile orders have resulted in inedible food. Idk who is seasoning the food but it’s like they dump entire containers of salt in EVERYTHING. Burning your mouth not because it’s spicy, but because of the copious amounts of salt and cilantro. Time for a retraining on how to properly season food I’d say.

A hot mess. Online orders are never ready on time for pickup. And you’d think they’d offer some kind of freebie for making customers wait over 30 minutes for their food that should’ve been already made. This will be my last time going to this location, probably chipotle all together.

I have probably had chipotle 250 times in my life and never have I experienced this horrible of service. I go in to get rice, chicken, veggies, and corn. I first find there is not rice, so the lady comes from the back and gets rice which is nice. Then, she says there’s no veggies. I then get to the next section where I asked the employee “how long is that wait for corn” to which I get “we don’t have that.” NO, you just have lazy staff, chipotle has 6 toppings you cannot tell me three of them just “aren’t here today.” And if the shipment schedule is so bad, then chipotle as a franchise is failing to meet customer needs. I then say I don’t think I want to get the burritos because you don’t have anything to put in them. He then gives me a mean mug and tells the other guy to ring me up for my rice burrito…. Anyway, these kids are our future SCARY!!!!

If there are no toppings, let the customers know that before making a burrito and giving them an attitude when they don't want it anymore (considering the only thing you could put on it was chicken and rice at 4pm on a Tuesday.) Jack 0/5 service (person on register) and the person who made the burrito who made a face at me for asking for MORE THAN 2 INGREDIENTS also 0/5. Won’t be back at this location, the one on Tate street is better.

Arrived around 5:30 PM on a Wednesday, had to wait 20 minutes in line because they don’t have enough staff, and they were out of pico, chips, and lettuce.

ordered on the mobile app today. I get there and the app says my order is ready. After 5 minutes of standing there an employee asks my name and says my order isn't ready yet. At minute 20 of waiting i tried to just cancel my order on the app but because they said it was ready 20 minutes before I cannot cancel my order. After 2 more minutes I get my order which was incorrectly made and only had about 8 pieces of steak in it. They also gave me 2 crusty tortillas that were so hard they couldn't even be opened. Rude employees, horrible wait, and you can't get a refund beause they lie about your order being ready on time.

Kiki the manager is amazing the young boy cashier on 11/30/2025 at 8:30pm need to leave that attitude and bad work ethic at the door and need to be retrained and making burritos and pay attention to what he doing instead of talking to coworkers head turned to the side no looking at the burrito and then he seen he did a terrible job he wanna double wrap it when I just wanted only single wrap and then say ok then ima unwrap this ones and put it in the other one at that point I just went ahead and paid and gave it to the customer next me it was a couple of customer behind me I ain’t wanna be a pain interrupt them to make me a new one I know they was waiting to be served general manger need to see how this workers making kiki do everything when young boy being lazy terrible work ethic

I strongly recommend avoiding order pickup or DoorDash from this Chipotle. This is the second time my order has been incorrect, with items missing from my bowl. Fool me twice, shame on me—but there won’t be a third time. I will not be returning to this location.

Went here twice in the matter of a week first time guy behind the counter said they were only taking online orders and I couldn’t order anything without doing so. Second time in went I could actually order but they were out of veggies and steak, didn’t even apologize or offer anything to replace them. They just told me I’m out of luck. Everyone that works there seems uninterested and like it’s a burden when I ask for something. Never coming back to this location.

We went around 4ish & ordered 2 bowls, there was only a few pieces of steak for the 2 of us. We wanted steak for a reason & only got out of our huge bowl a few pieces, kinda disappointing. Other then that the food was great! We will eat there again but will be looking to see how much steak they have before we order
