Always a good experience here. The food was good. Friendly staff. Parking can get tricky if you go at peak times.

Unfortunately this chipotle is not the same anymore. Went yesterday for the first time in a while (inside) vs order pickup. Was in line for almost 30 minutes. They had one poor girl working alone at the front. I noticed she never removed her gloves! Was checking people out at the register and would help the next person. Would use utensils to handle the meat but those same gloves would touch the condiments. Lettuce, cheese, etc. then go to the register again and checkout the person. She did this multiple times while i was in line. I could not believe it. Other times they switch their gloves to a new pair every time! Meanwhile the line was out the door. This was so unsanitary. I got out the line ad asked to speak to a manager kindly. Girl looked mad the whole time (probably tired) but still that is not good customer service. When i asked for a manager nicely she rolled her eyes. Manager then came out shortly after that and he apologized for the long line saying they were short staffed. I said i understood and i felt bad for that girl upfront however what she was doing was unsanitary. He appreciated my feedback. I then walked out. With no food.

The barbecue was extremely salty, I couldn't eat it, the burning in my throat was incredible when I swallowed the first bite.
This was the first day I visited that restaurant, because the one on Battleground Ave, the food and service is excellent 👏

The workers in this place had all protein trays empty and would only start cooking a protein if a costumer ordered it, therefore, the 15+ something people in line (including 3 police officers) were standing in line for 30+ minutes. They never communicated with customers, gave explanation to customers, all of that and the place was filthy. So, managers, fire your staff and bring in people that will actually do the job well, and uphold the standards of Chipotle.

I ordered online so my food would be ready before I got there. When I arrived I waited maybe a minute for someone to ask the name on my order. It was ready to go. I got back to work and the bag was soaked because the plate was not flat in the bag. Then I opened my salad, to maybe 10 pieces of lettuce. The food is good just lacking actual salad components.

We placed an order through the Chipotle app, scheduled to be ready by 6:50 PM, but we didn’t receive our food until 7:23 PM—over 30 minutes late. Waiting this long completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.
What’s even more frustrating is that in-store customers were clearly prioritized over online orders, and there was little to no communication from the staff about the delay.
It’s disappointing to see customer service no longer being a priority at Chipotle. Unfortunately, this isn’t an isolated incident—the Battleground Ave. location has shown the same lack of efficiency and care.
If timeliness and reliable service are important to you, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

I had to wait until I got home to eat. They forgot to put utensils in my mobile order to go bag. Food was still good. Probably would have been better if I had eaten it before I got home.

It seemed like the kitchen was having a hard time keeping the line stocked as they were out of some stuff- they appeared to be understaffed during shift change so ended up waiting a while.
Amazing!! The best chipotle. The workers are so nice, it’s clean, and the food comes out delectable EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I love this place
