Chipotle Mexican Grill

Don't order the beef barbacoa, over half of the portion is inedible gristle. I complained to customer service about it but they blew me off.

Very stale ingredients, you can tell they've been sitting out for a long time. Probably the worst Chipotle I've ever been to, rude service, and not even a menu posted to see ordering options or prices.

Overall service is good. Cleanliness of the restaurant needs work. Trash on tables and floor. Condiment area a message. But friendly staff.

Staff struggles to manage coupons and is very slow when lines get long at peak times. Have waited more than 20min past online order commit time to get my pickup order, used to be a big Chipotle fan but the now very high price to low service and inconsistencies in volumes of food just isn't worth it any more. Why is a chicken burrito with guac, chips, and a drink $18? Look elsewhere for your dining experience!

They told me they had no chips. Walking out, I see 2 different employees pulling out and eating chips right in front of customers at the tables. Horrible optics. Treat your customers right!

Similar things have happened consistently! Whoever is working the night shift needs to step it up!

And why are you eating chips in front of customers? You’re taking all the chips!

If only burrito shak was open later! But no we get chipotle workers who don’t care!

Maybe the worst chipotle location I have ever been to. Always dirty, unfriendly staff, and food is very inconsistent. Don’t go here unless you absolutely have to.

Maybe I’m just lucky, but I have never had a bad experience at this location like some of the other reviews. The people at the window are always very friendly and my order has never been wrong. The portion sizes are fine. Will continue coming here, I love the convenience of the Chipotlane.

I don't eat this type of food but I was picking up an order for someone else. However, their customer service was great and they obviously have a lot of repeat customer that they not only know by name but the also k ow their eating habits. Only if the cashier could give you her undivided attention and not be on her phone reading text messages.

This location has rude employees, tables were filthy, and garbage recepticles overflowing. Person preparing foods used the same gloves when they took cash. If you value your health, go eat somewhere else, just not at this location.
Mgmt does not seem to care. I walked out but will call Cooperate as well as the health department that rates food establishments.

In addition to the restaurant looking like it hasn’t been cleaned ALL WEEK, the food was HORRIBLE!! The workers had terrible customer service skills, didn’t know how to properly prepare food, had attitudes, and slapped my food in the bowls. The rice was extremely over cooked and the guy at the register needs a couple weeks off to find a new job because customer service ain’t it!!! He was so nonchalant and rude! Chipotle headquarters need to come visit this location and I promise they won’t be pleased! This was the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had.
