How do you run out of rice? The manager there was so rude to me after they took the liberty to make my meals with brown rice instead of white rice and wouldn’t have more rice for another 20 minutes. I watched them go through a whole line of people while I waited on my mobile order that was supposed to be ready at 6:10 and I walked out of there 40 minutes later with no food and no refund. The manager acted like she couldn’t even be bothered, like I was beneath her. This is what lack of preparation looks like. Manager is completely unprofessional. I would never hire her in my place of business.

First and last time going here! Burrito started at $11.95 by the time I got to the register it was $14.73. Apparently getting queso on my burrito cost $1.70, which was not told to me when I asked if they had queso. So I’m like cool can I get my burrito cut in 1/2. I was told they don’t do that . Almost $15 for JUST a burrito. Not even a whole meal and yall can’t cut it in 1/2. NEVER AGAIN !

Me and my little brother got noro virus from this place .and have been sick since Friday with it absolutely miserable .when we called corporate they said they have had a lot of issues and complaints from this location and they would be taking care of it .please be aware and do not eat here if I had saw all the other bad reviews and it having 2.1 stars I would of never of had stopped and eaten here .tomorrow is day 5 of us being sick please stay away from here !

Inconsistent burrito sizes with same order, went to use drink fountain and the lemonade didn’t work, so I got Dr. Pibb, which also didn’t work

Personally this has been one of the worst experiences this year! Initially I went into the store and saw all of the food spread out on the counter and floors.
After 3 minutes of waiting for someone to take my order the girl who was sweeping the floor came straight to me and attempted to take my order which I asked her “Are you going to switch your gloves weren’t you just sweeping”? She said oh yea and preceded to switch her gloves. Then I asked for 3 tacos and she went back and forth with me regarding not having tortillas even though I was looking directly at them. Finally she informed me there was only two tortillas left in the bag which she the had to ask her manager if she could sell me the remaining two tortillas!

Completely disgusting. The meat was stringy and old, probably was sitting out for hours before they served it. Same with the vegetables. Avoid this location!

Paid for double steak and didn’t even receive the amount I would on a normal steak bowl order- tried to say something and was told “the pieces are smaller”. Won’t be back and don’t recommend
