Slow & employees were rude the entire time I was inside. They were having their own conversations while there was a long line. When I finally reached the beginning of the line the worker told the person behind me he’d be the last customer at 8:20pm. *When they close at 11! Won’t be coming back to this one until they have a better environment.

Zero stars if I could give it. The location is terrible. Only one way to get in. Place was disgusting especially for a new restaurant. Trash and waste everywhere. Went there with my wife and 2 kids. Each time someone placed an order we were asked, for here or to go? Huh? No rice. Was going to take 10-15 minutes for rice to cook. Maybe we should have started cleaning the restaurant while we waited. Plenty of employees behind the counter. We went there to support an elementary school for proceeds and had to walk out. Will not return.

Worst Chipolte ever!?!? Constantly late with drive thru, time is never correct. Always out of vinaigrette, and other toppings. Go to the location on Westover Terrace, don’t bother with this location

Since opening, this is the only location in GSO that consistently NEVER has their ingredients ready. Ever. Multiple toppings are always empty with no backups. The excuse is always “oh. We dont have it”.

Kid’s turn to choose again, they wanted Chipotle. Love this newer location. Fresh, fun and clean inside.Service was outstanding, especially for fast food. There were no napkins in their napkin holders, but after we sat down, one of the very friendly staff members came around to every table asking if anybody needed napkins. When do you ever see that at a fast food restaurant? Thank you.The food was great. Everything we had was fresh and full of flavor. We couldn’t believe the amount they stuffed into the burritos and the bowl! Haven’t seen this amount in any other Chipotle. Again, thank you.Honestly, the only thing holding it back from a 5 star fast food joint is that they were out of a few proteins when we ordered, and when people ordered a little bit after us. My son wanted carne asada, they were out. Not, “We’ll have some in 5 minutes”, but they didn’t have any. Then behind us, they ran out of chicken and told the customers it would be a 20min wait. Not something you want to hear at a fast food place.If they can get the inventory correct, especially for a busy Friday evening, they would knock it out of the park for fast food. We’ll be back to see if they have everything next time.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They opened a few months ago and not once have I been to this Chipotle and had a pleasant experience. The line is always wrapped around the lobby and the employees move with no sense of urgency. The restaurant is always messy and every time I’ve been here they’re out of multiple food items. I walked in at 8 pm on a Friday and they said they’re out of chicken and aren’t making any more fajitas tonight. Save your time and eat elsewhere.
