The cleanest Chipotle I have seen with friendly and fast service. The music playlist was awesome felt more like a lounge. Thank you

Chipotle is always amazing! The food is delicious, the employees are friendly and it's fairly quick to get what you want. The only thing that prevents it from reaching 5 stars, in my opinion, is the price. The prices are getting way too high and the amount of food is getting smaller. It used to be when I ordered a bowl, the bowl was filled. The last couple times it's been roughly half filled, and asking for more means a higher cost. I would take my wife and we would spend about $20-25 depending if we got chips and a drink. Now it's $35-40. We will still enjoy it, but it'll be less frequent due to their cost jumps.

The food is fine but the service is terrible. Workers are either rude or confused the whole time and for some reason they were out of chicken at 7:30pm. Don't recommend this location at all

Most chipotle’s are dirty and nasty with rude workers. This location was not that at all! Everyone was nice, and gave good portions. The place was clean and nice inside!

My wife and I had lunch at this location. They weren't stingy with the food. The people behind the counter were super patient and courteous. I accidentally left my bag there which contained 3 watches I just had serviced, one of which was a birthday present from my wife. 2 days later I returned to see if they knew anything about the bag or it's contents. The manager (Augustine) kept the bag for us until we claimed it. Best Chipotle experience I've had thus far. Good job!

I paid $13 for tacos because I happen to be on side of town and was so excited. I drive 25 minutes home and there is no meat in my steak tacos!! It’s so frustrating how terrible service is now.

Way too pricey. I bout a burrito and a drink and it was $18? Good grief. Might as well go to a sit in restaurant that serves chips and salsa. Food was good. Not $18 good though.

I don’t usually write negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. I was charged over $15 for a single bowl, which is unreasonable given the poor quality of the food. The chicken was extremely dry, and I felt physically sick after eating — to the point that I had to lie down for the rest of the evening.
This was a disappointing and overpriced meal that left me feeling ripped off. I’ve had consistently better experiences at the Battleground location, where the food is both higher quality and more reasonably priced.
This location needs to address both pricing and food quality immediately. If not, negative reviews will reflect what customers are experiencing.

They skimped on the guacamole. I wish they’d get a better drink selection. Overall, I like Chipotle.

Still Chipotle, nothing new. You pay premium prices for half a scoop of chicken or beef. Which is overcooked and dry. At least their sanitation score was high.

I got a chicken burrito and I wanted peppers/onions but the container was almost empty. I asked if they had any more but they didn't. I was asked if I wanted what was left in the container which wasn't even enough to fill a spoon and I said no. The mild salsa was almost empty, actually a lot of their containers were. I asked for a side of queso, and the sign said it was $1.75 I think and the guacamole was $2.75, I thought it was odd the queso was cheaper but was like ok. And I got a bag of chips. Got home and looked at my receipt and saw I had been charged $2.75 for the queso, the chips were so stale and tasted terrible, the queso also didn't taste very good. I ended up throwing away both. The burrito was ok, but there wasn't a lot of chicken in it and it had a ton of rice. The people working there were nice and I didnt have any issues on the service end. If the chips and queso had been good I would have let it go but after being charged more for the queso then expected and then throwing it and the chips away which was just a waste of money and the burrito only being ok, I will not be returning.

My husband brought lunch home. I checked my salad and seen that all the ingredients were sparse. Also the corn salsa has extra extra jalapeños making it hard for someone to enjoy. I asked him if he went to the one on Friendly and he said yes. I already knew this because the corn salsa is almost to much in every bite. I have not had this issue with any other Chipotle before. Barbacoa was two chunks of fat. Hardly no sour cream and pico de gallo. The last time I went on my own I could tell they were trying to give me as little as possible. I had to ask for more sour cream. Won't eat here again.

If there was a way to rate it under one star, I would’ve done that. On 8/5/2025 went there for a burrito (brown rice, fajitas, honey chicken, pico, corn sour cream and guacamole) when they started wrapping it up, it shaped like cone and everything is spilling out, I asked them to Re wrap it she opened it up and just closed it in a way that it looks like a dumpling with guac and cream all out side, so I asked her again to wrap it and she was saying well that means to put more ingredients so I explained that just bring a new tortilla. She asked the other staff and she told me well you have to pay extra, I told no, it’s all messy and then the cashier came in and another staff and start talking between them, the cashier came up and acted as nothing going on had it wrapped in foil and asking me what type of meat so she can charge me. I told no I don’t want it and walked away.
If this person was a trainee, ok, just when such things happen then the senior or supervisor need to step up and help out by showing how it’s done and fix it. If there was a miscommunication then supervisor needs to clear it up.
If it was my mistake and messing up the order I would understand, but don’t hold the customer responsible for your mistake.
It’s not uncommon that when preparing a meal it doesn’t go as planned, but in the same time don’t expect the customer to pay for less than the standard quality or accept it.
