Salad bar was almost empty, it was not refreshed very often. Ordered 1 single cheese pizza and it took a full 1 hour to get it. Came here for my kids to play -not the food, they enjoyed it, but the food area could use some improvement.

Started out fine we came with 3 adults and 2 children and one was special needs child that is none verbal !! The child went to bounce area with an adult but was asked to leave the bounce area if you don't have a pass to play but never ask if I have one. You paid for everything up front when you come in, and never was told that there a extra charge for the bounce area !!!!!! We ordered 2 large pizzas and large chocolate chip cookies !! This was a waste of money, we had looked forward for weeks to come but destroyed in a hour!!! We will never come back. It was a very ɓig disappointment 😞 😮💨 😔 😪. Thanks but no thanks we can take our business so place elsewhere!!!

That's stupid,had to purchase more drinks that should have been included in the combo...especially for what I charged...1 LG pizza,6wings,5drinks and 30 mins of video games $87.....I thought the gument was supposed to ban price gouging?

I Attended a birthday party recently and was very pleased with the logistics of the way they do their parties! And the food was way better than what I remember it being as kid! Our host Sandavia. Was excellent! She had a smile on her face the entire time, dhr was efficient, happy to help and just did a great job all around. It was a good time.

The staff just stands around looking.. what set it off is when I saw a worker pick up a tong/utensil and put a cruton in his hand and eat it. So I said something and requested to speak to the manager because I felt that was inappropriate and unsanitary. The manager told me that the worker didn't do anything wrong and they could eat off the salad bar, I said what? And I suppose if I go do that you'd have a heart attack. So he says what do you expect me to do? I guess you want me to throw the croutons away..Well of course the manager was rude.I tell everyone to watch these restaurants, sickening people are out here doing dumb things. Viruses spread. Speak up when you see something wrong!! Ok 👌 Speak up most definitely giving credit and accountability. 1💗

Don't waste your time or hard earn money here. My family came here on a Friday night for a birthday party for my nephew, who's 6 years old. The staff acted like they didn't want to be here and didn't want to help the customers. The games kept breaking down and they no one wanted to fix them. They all said it's not my job. They didn't want to turn the games off that's not working and didn't want to refund the cost of games to our cards. I remember Chuck E. Cheese being a really fun and exciting place growing up. And, whoever they have dressing up the Chuck e cheese outfit, that person is a joke. No life, no energy, no excitement, no wonder the kids didn't wanna be around it. The kids would've had more fun if we would've played putt putt and ride go carts.
Kid-friendliness: Your kids be more entertained with an old daily up phone than here.
