I really enjoyed my experience, Chuck E. Cheese is a very nostalgic place for me and I think the workers are generally very nice and the place is inviting for children!

I’m really disappointed in our experience at the Greensboro, NC Chuck E. Cheese yesterday. We arrived right at opening, and there was a large birthday party ahead of us. The entire group received the same hand stamp number, which made sense for them, but when it was our turn, the employee (who identified herself as the manager) didn’t change the number for us.

When I asked about it, she insisted that “this is how we always do it,” even though in all of our past visits we’ve always been given a unique number to ensure children leave with the correct adult. I explained this and she argued with me instead of listening. She eventually changed our number, but then continued giving every family after us the exact same number.

This is not only unsafe, it completely defeats the purpose of the matching-number security system. As a parent of an autistic child who is a runner, the hand stamp process is one of the reasons I feel comfortable bringing him. If he were to slip away from me, the system is supposed to prevent anyone from walking him out the door.

The manager’s attitude and refusal to follow a basic safety protocol were unacceptable. Chuck E. Cheese promotes this system as a safety feature, and I expect it to be taken seriously. I hope leadership retrains this location, because this experience left me feeling anything but secure.

I gave it two stars because when we entered they’re suppose to put a number on everyone’s hand they never did that so now you have kids leaving with people they don’t know!!Second everyone on the floor was on their phones not wanting to be bothered instead of doing their job! Third we paid 400 dollars for the ultimate party package you’d think the trampoline came with the 35 dollars per child fee nope not at all that’s simply ridiculous!! Lastly you’d think the party table would be set up before the guest get there wrong again they waited until we sat down to come put items on the table. Unless you really like this place I’d advise people to find somewhere more professional to go that’s less crowded and give you the service you pay for!!

Went for a birthday party. Staff was very attentive and polite, pizza was delicious as always, and my kid had the best time!

I had my daughter’s 10th birthday here and added a cake extra. Never received the cake and was told I wasn’t changed. My daughters party was put right beside a birthday party of grown ups even tho it was two parties at this time instead of being spread out we were put on top of each other and all I heard was constant cursing and then getting irritated when my kids were dancing and taking pics with chuckie. It’s a kid place if you don’t like that then do your party else where. I paid extra for the trampoline as well even tho I should not have bc every one including older kids were jumping for free. At the end one of my guest didn’t get to even change her tokens and the person in charge said she wasn’t in line when she clearly was. It was most definitely a bad experience and I won’t have another party at this location.

It was a good time and the gentleman working the counter was extremely friendly. He went out of the way to make our son feel special on his birthday.

They were over booked, over crowded as usual, and for a party, still wanted to charge high prices for extra items...even though they were late on setup and serving the food.My sister had to go complain that later parties were already served.I think it's time to lay chuck e cheese outings to rest.
