Although my kids did have a lot of fun because hey! It’s Chuck E. Cheese right? They got to see their cousins- play games- eat great pizza- some dipndots and cake….
I as parent was a little disappointed… our table was 16 minutes past not ready- the young ladies were nice but working really slow as though they didn’t want to be there…
The floor area and the benches were never remotely clean.. we didn’t get enough cups or plates even though they know...

Have done it all here from birthday parties to just showing up to play games. Games are cheaper compared to other locations. What I don't like is their ticket procedure. Should be like other places where you can store your tickets on your play card. Please fix this. Service can be slow at times. It's Okay

A lot of the games were not working. Signs should have been placed on them saying out of order. The building was very hot inside. We were sweating. When booking for a party they should let the people know that the jumping section is not included. It is an additional cost. When u are bringing an autistic child , you like to be prepared.
