I honestly don’t know how this place is still open. It’s filthy from top to bottom and in serious need of a deep clean. After everything we’ve been through with COVID, you’d think cleanliness would be a priority, but clearly not here. There’s dried-up grease stuck to everything, and the pots and pans are so dirty they shouldn’t even be used for cooking. The food under the heat lamp looked like it had been sitting there forever, and the workers didn’t appear to practice basic hygiene none of them looked clean, and I highly doubt they were washing their hands. The brownie pan was so rusty and burnt, it didn’t even seem safe to bake in. The bathroom situation was just as bad. It smelled horrible, and the back door was cracked open right next to it, making it feel even more unsanitary. As a woman, I didn’t feel comfortable using it at all. The floors were sticky like they hadn’t been mopped in weeks, and there was dirty water above the trash can I don’t even want to think about what runs through there at night. I wanted to ask for my money back, but I didn’t want to deal with an argument. Instead, I just left, after paying $32 and leaving a $3 tip. Honestly, this place needs to shut down and undergo a proper cleaning before serving food again. I have photos and videos to back up everything I’m saying. If you care about cleanliness and food safety, I’d stay far away from here.
It was me, my daughter & my husband just thought we would get some dinner before we go home! We ate lots of pizzas, soups, and a few desserts and had drinks! It was great! I would love to see hot wings on the bar if possible! Will be back soon!
Vegetarian options: I would say just customize a veggy pizza the way you want it!
My three children and I always have a great time when we visit this location, it's our go to family night tradition. The Manager is very polite. Everyone is always nice, and very friendly.

We ain’t in the dark, but something about that experience brought everyone in that Cici’s together. Felt kind of apocalyptic and I felt I had to protect everyone inside. They became my family… and I would do anything to protect my Cici’s family…
It took an employee a while to get to the register. To take our order. Employees were alright. The food bar was kept full. Some parents allowed they're children to go to the food bar alone.
So i told the lady I just wanted water she told me " we don't have water at the fountain " ok so I got a soda then I looked and they do have water so I went back to her she changed her story with me and said " yeah we do have it out there but the manager doesn't want people to use it because he wants people to pay 0.50 for 1 bottle of water" wow so I was lied to and it seems like the manager just wants to screw people over this was my first time here and my last! Also there bathroom is nasty.

Pizza was decent, the slices I got were cold and the place is pretty dirty with trash on the floor. The bathrooms were not clean. Overall this is a place where you go to eat all you can, the price is worth it. Just do not expect to get the best of service

I haven't been to a Cici's in about 10 years, but not much has changed in general. You know what you're getting into. Decent pizza, forgettable pasta, solid salad bar, and dessert. Very affordable. Don't overdo it on the pizza or you will pay again later. Trust me.
