Immediately, when I walked in, I was greeted by Ms. Alisha and Mr. Caleb, resembling the “Welcome to Moe’s!” Greeting that Moe’s get, which was refreshing and honestly a great start to the experience. The initial tendering of my transaction went smooth and quick. Caleb knew the price, moved efficiently, and used the moment to let me know that since there are few people in the restaurant if I want a type of pizza to let him know and it’ll be made (not verbatim). Communicating that ahead of time means a lot because I know it’s hard to volunteer to do more work at your job, lol. I’ma try not to make this too lengthy but the whole experience was so great.
Ms. Alisha was so kind and even reminded me that she would help handle any overspill on the buffet when she noticed me being extra careful. When I requested a pizza (that wasn’t really something most people would want) they made me a small personal pizza which was delicious. Ms. Alisha even came to my table and grabbed some plates which I don’t think I’ve ever experienced at a Cicis. Great job to these to folks. That level of initiative and ownership is what made my experience great. FYI I went on a Wednesday between 2pm-3pm.

I honestly don’t know how this place is still open. It’s filthy from top to bottom and in serious need of a deep clean. After everything we’ve been through with COVID, you’d think cleanliness would be a priority, but clearly not here. There’s dried-up grease stuck to everything, and the pots and pans are so dirty they shouldn’t even be used for cooking. The food under the heat lamp looked like it had been sitting there forever, and the workers didn’t appear to practice basic hygiene none of them looked clean, and I highly doubt they were washing their hands. The brownie pan was so rusty and burnt, it didn’t even seem safe to bake in. The bathroom situation was just as bad. It smelled horrible, and the back door was cracked open right next to it, making it feel even more unsanitary. As a woman, I didn’t feel comfortable using it at all. The floors were sticky like they hadn’t been mopped in weeks, and there was dirty water above the trash can I don’t even want to think about what runs through there at night. I wanted to ask for my money back, but I didn’t want to deal with an argument. Instead, I just left, after paying $32 and leaving a $3 tip. Honestly, this place needs to shut down and undergo a proper cleaning before serving food again. I have photos and videos to back up everything I’m saying. If you care about cleanliness and food safety, I’d stay far away from here.
It was me, my daughter & my husband just thought we would get some dinner before we go home! We ate lots of pizzas, soups, and a few desserts and had drinks! It was great! I would love to see hot wings on the bar if possible! Will be back soon!
Vegetarian options: I would say just customize a veggy pizza the way you want it!
My three children and I always have a great time when we visit this location, it's our go to family night tradition. The Manager is very polite. Everyone is always nice, and very friendly.
