I love this place and come here often! The only thing is the customer service. No one is rude but its always very awkward when I come here because no one tries to make conversation with me or be friendly at all. I'm not saying they have to be jumping for joy, but just something to make being there less awkward. Everything else is amazing otherwise!

I went yesterday to get two banana bread, one regular cinnamon roll with light icing - delicious, and one with apples only - no caramel, no nuts, and I bought a side of the banana cream frosting. To my surprise and dismay, I went to eat the apple one this morning with the banana cream frosting with my coffee and the caramel topping and nuts were on the roll. It's noted on the outside of the container, so I'm not sure what happened, but I wasn't able to eat it. It's not terribly far, but it's extremely inconvenient. I was so mad that I wanted to call my bank to get a partial refund, but I just won't go back. Also, there was some weird oats on there as well.... yuck! My regular cinnamon roll was so good that I ate it in the car. The banana bread has definitely changed and is overwhelmingly chocolate. I feel like I wasted $20 and should have just gone to Maxi B's for cake.

The cinnamon rolls are great. However, the persons working in the store do not have a positive attitude. They seem angry and very condescending. The most disappointing part was calling to request a pack of cinnamon rolls and being told “no we cannot do that“ . Then after showing up to the store to order cinnamon rolls before closing time the door is locked and all of the employees standing there on their cell phones running the clock. This location is not like the other locations in the triad as far as employees go. Having poor service repels customers no matter the quality of the food.

I ordered a smores cinnabon and a caramel apple cinnabon. I unfortunately only got two smore cinnabons. So that was a let down. But the smores roll was delicious. The error in my order is why I gave 3 stars. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars.

Opened an hour and a half after posted time- not even so much as an apology when an order was already placed online. She was very apologetic to white customers but had an attitude with me of course because im black and i asked for a refund after she attempted to make me a lemonade with an open can from the refrigerator. News flash im not being a hard nose- its simple food safety. Once u open it up discard it. Stop trying to save a few cents by cutting corners and compromising food safety. Im sure the health department would love to hear about this. Its not covered or dated I don’t know HOW long that beverage has been in there opened. Instead of you being receptive to constructive feedback you were nasty. I will not be back and I will have my friends and family take their black dollars elsewhere. Do better! Smh zero stars. The concord location was much better and customer service was on point. Definitely a loss for the brand.

These were the best cinnamon rolls I've ever had. The warm sweet cinnamon and buttery flavor was amazing! They beat the other well known brand hands down! I will definitely be back!

This place is absolutely amazing me and my wife have absolutely fallen in love with their menu and style. Ordered a big cake the other day for my wife’s birthday. It was by far the best thing we have ever eaten. I would give this place a million stars if I could. I recommend this place to everyone who wants a life changing desert experience

Man this place is awesome Bianca was a gem help me decide what to get was patient and very sweet. The cinnamon bun was delicious warmed to perfect temp and so so delicious will definitely be back to try other ones while I'm here in town. Texas needs one of these for sure
