Pulled chicken was overcooked and not flavorful. The collard were undercooked and still had the stems attached to the leaves. The baked beans were good. The dining room was a bit messy and the floor was sticky.

This place sucks. We stopped by to grab a pulled pork sandwich, we were the only ones in the drive thru line, but took 15 minutes. Got home and found half of the pork was fatty gristle. Shame on whomever put that sandwich together. If I didn't have a flight to catch, I would've gone back for a refund. Beyond disappointing and will not back. So much for getting a reasonable lunch instead of overpriced airport food. 🙄

Amazing! I was given a gift card because my first experience with your restaurant was not great but now I understand why. It's because it was a holiday and y'all were slammed. My second experience was out of this world amazing. I'm so impressed with the quality of your food this time. This is my second time visiting this location. I love the location in Charlotte been there plenty of times. This location was disappointing. Food was ok. For a bbq place u walked in and didn’t really smell any bbq and I guess it’s because everything is precooked and put in an oven. The portions was so small compared to what I received at other location. The staff was not at all friendly everyone looked like they were having a bad day. I paid almost $40 for the food. It’s not the money cause I will pay for good food but for that much money wasn’t worth it.

This was my first time eating here I was so excited to try the dirty bird sandwich but when I got my sandwich it was room temp cold which was odd to say the least I was under the impression their food was made to order but at least my fries were hot . Another issue I had with this restaurant is the woman in the drive thru looks so miserable it was very off putting and stole away from the over all experience which is odd you would think such a beautiful establishment would pride themselves on their customer service experience. Now honestly even though my sandwich was cold the food was still tasty.
