Tables are always dirty, they barely clean the floor, and today the staff was rushing my parents and I while we were trying to decide what flavor to get. Important: there was nobody behind us at this point and the place was pretty empty. My parents, who were visiting me here and went to this place for the first time, had to decide too quick and they regretted the flavor they took. In the end, the lady was angry because I gave them no tip. The owners definitely need to step up and improve this place.

Why is it that no matter what, for pickup orders of any type for myself or doordash
Orders are not started untill we arrive.

I wasn't sure what I really wanted. Yasmin was an awesome spectacular assistant in help8ng me figure it out. Her and the other employee extremely friendly and loved the smiles. This has a chocolate factory and a self soft serve both new concepts to me. They dip the apples themselves. Looked delicious. Highly recommend that you stop in.
Good icecream but service is awful. Someone should be behind the counter at all times so customers donāt have to yell for service
Terrible customer service. The employees on may 24th 2025. Was extremely rude
Ice cream was good, but the woman working was incredibly rude to a large group that came in to order before closing. After they spent what Iām sure was a lot of money on ice cream for everyone, she rudely told them the store was closing and they needed to leave. She could have explained this nicely but did so in a rude way. She then rudely added, āThe chairs were up here for a reasonā and started loudly putting chairs back on the tables. There was no need to be so rude.
Iām fat. I like to eat. I like to eat ice cream. It was a 75 degree day in February. I said to my wife, Iām not fat enough, I should probably go enjoy the weather and get some ice cream. We went. She likes mint, I like cheesecake flavor. We ordered. We even played the stupid game of calling it by their name. Like itā¦she added chocolate chips, to make it mint cocholate chips. I just got my cheesecake flavor in a cup, because Iām fat and will eat more later, I just wanted a small. The two gentlemen working in there seemed less than enthused to 1) be at work 2) wait on people. They didnāt greet us, or even seem interested in providing any kind of customer service. Iām ok with that, because Iām fat and there for ice cream, and Iāve been conditioned to bad service at the location. I paid, I still have them a tip because I was once young, and not as fat and worked some bad jobs. The tall guy, who is like 6ā4ā has the personality of a flounder. Even on shift with what similar aged female employees, he works at the pace and enthusiasm level of a prisoner of war. The other guy on shift I later learned was the lead or manager for the day. Since it was nice out, I somehow managed to squeeze into a chair outside and begin to devour my ice cream like a cast member of my 600 lb life. It was a small, or like it size, I ate it, we talked. My wife complained her mint had no mint flavor, I was thinking the same about mine but didnāt say anything because I get made fun of if I bring up the fact that I think thereās a change in a recipe or a different person made something at a local haunt. Iām hyper aware because Iām fat, and like to eat. Anyway, I began to thinkā¦do we have COVID?!?! Man. I managed to waddle back into the shop to inform the two āemployeesā that their ice cream had no flavor. I didnāt really care, but asked to try the cinnamon to deduce if it was me or the ice cream. I could taste the cinnamon. I didnāt and for anything other than offer a heads up, your two flavors I purchased, and tipped two lousy employees on, have no taste. No apologies, no Iām sorry how can I make this visit better for you. I went back outside, and still picked at my flavorless mass of cold sugar milk water and noticed my wife barely ate any of hers. She was like whatās the point. Itās gross. While still fat, and having walked so much in and out of the shop twice, I thought, lemme get a rain check for hers at least. Trade off 13 dollars for 1 rain check. Not asking to get one for mine because my sausage fingers managed to shovel half that ālike itā down my gullet. I met the hat wearing āleadā who informed me that he tried the mint and it was indeed minty. The cheesecake was not flavorful. I said ok, well how bout a rain check for one. I was informed he would have to call the āownerā Rodney to get clearance. He went into the back of the shop to dial up Rodney and take a while to run down the series of events that transpired, leading to his call the āRodneyā the owner. The tall guy was left to attempt to cover the incoming orders by himself and provide less than adequate service to another set of patrons. God speed to them.
The hat guy came out with a cordless phone from 1997, handed it to me and said āRodneyā the owner will talk to you. Rodney introduced himself as Iām sure he does when when he gets similar calls, this is Rodney. He explained to me that hat guy ran down the series of events leading to our talk which were, in fact, incorrect. He was hung up on the fact that I āate half my orderā and literally had an accusatory tone in his voice. I corrected Rodney that I was not looking for a refund, not looking for an additional order be made today. I was looking for a coupon for 1 rain check on a two item order that was less than satisfactory. 13 dollars for a āLike itā isnāt a bad deal in buisness.to be continues

service was terrible. She was rude the moment I walked in. Had an attitude about making the ice cream and was rushing me the whole time. When I first walked in she didnāt greet us she instead looked at us and went to the back for 10 minutes. Was giving very much racist and didnāt want to serve us because weāre black.

My family and I went out for ice cream last night around closing time. My family and I were not greeted when we came through the door. There was a tall white male with a grey shirt on standing at the ice cream counter when we entered but said nothing. I ordered my ice cream and went to pay. I noticed the attendant did a poor job of adding my toppings, and overall did a horrible job making my order. I happily paid for our ice cream and before 10pm the shop was closed at 9:53pm. I would have asked to have my order remade but the store closed before hours posted. I am really upset about my experience and at this point I will be making ice cream from home. I spent close to $25 for me not to enjoy my own ice cream. What a waste of time and a horrible experience of customer service. That young man needs more training or better yet donāt close the store if youāre not going to service paying customers. I would love to have my ice cream remade or have my money refunded. Thank you.

I had a very bad experience with this ice cream parlor I usually go to the cold stone on friendly but I chose this one today! This one young lady with dark brown hair and a bun on top was being very rude and I think a little prejudice to me and my African American family, she proceeded to state there is no strawberries for my mothers ice cream and put strawberries in my smoothie the next min. She was very arrogant and rude. Then proceeded to treat every other Caucasian family better then we were treated. This is around 8am on 09/02.. and then was very rude to her go worker because she said she didnāt know how to make a smoothie, You guys need extra training on customer service. Because this night was terrible, she needs to be reprimanded and taught how to respect other individuals.
