Ice cream was okay but the problem is as you can see I ordered 2 “love it” bowls but 1 of my bowls were incorrect and Instead of someone fixing the mistake they put the smaller bowl inside the correct bowl .Also I was missing the waffle cone and I also added pecan in one of those cups and there weren’t any on there . I live 20 minutes away or I would have turned around and gotten a refund . I do not appreciate this and after this experience I may not visit again .
I was really pleasantly surprised at how kind Emma was. I asked if the strawberry ice cream had dye in it and she said it did and asked if we had an allergy. My wife said yes, and Emma went out of her way to make sure everything was safely prepared. She even went and prepared the ice cream in the back away from the other flavors, and checked a few of the waffle cones before finding one that was free of sprinkles. She just seemed to genuinely care, which is really hard to find, and stands out to us.
My little one received a birthday gift card to here, so we decided to try it out. They have a variety of ice cream flavors and plenty of delicious toppings. They combine them all together by hand and mix it up until all those sweet and salty toppings you may choose are well mixed. The atmosphere is nice and the staff were pleasant.
Pretty good. Almost too sweet, so I toned it down with some pecans. Overall good experience 😃
I went into Cold Stone to get ice cream like one does & when I go to check out, my card declines & the girl checking me out just sits there & stares at me with a look of disgust. Only because my card was locked, I walked out & I won’t go back. She was a blonde girl, maybe 18-20. She does not need to work in customer service if she’s just going to stare at customers with an attitude & disgust because of a small issue.
The worker forgot her name gave great service and assisted with my order promptly and without delay.
I LOVE the butter pecan ice cream here, so rich and creamy!
Will not be going back to this location. The girl made my ice cream and put it in front of the person standing in front of me, and then was looking down when she did it. The cashiers took the man behind me payment before me, after I waited patiently for the woman and all of her kids in front of me. They saw I was agitated, because I said “I waited patiently” and still ignored the fact that I was ahead of the man. Will not be coming back to this location ever again!
staff was so rude and flavors were terrible.

Best ice in town
The young lady working, Sarah, was very polite and helpful during our delicious experience
Very annoyed by the fact that the young lady working today did not mix the sweets I asked for but she threw most the ice cream left over on the trash. Only thing I can taste is the ice cream and some tiny bit of cookies other than that just the ice cream. I’m very disappointed at the fact that I paid $18 for the ice cream and does not contain any other ingredients that requested.
I’ve never felt more uncomfortable in a store in my life than I did at Cold Stone Creamery. I walked in with my husband to celebrate his birthday, and we ordered ice cream—he got cotton candy with Oreo pieces, and I ordered a small Oreo shake. When I got my shake, it tasted more like whipped cream and Oreos than actual vanilla ice cream, so I politely asked for a different one. To my surprise, they refused to remake it. When I asked for the manager, they said they’d have to call the owner, and that’s when things went downhill.
The owner spoke to me on the phone, and I felt completely uncomfortable, having to repeat myself over and over again. I was flustered and frustrated, just wanting a refund and to leave. But they refused to give me my money back. The owner insisted that I should have chosen something I would like, even though I chose something I usually enjoy (Oreo shakes).
Honestly, it’s probably a good thing the owner doesn’t work directly with customers because I can’t imagine anyone wanting to deal with him. The staff seemed terrified of him, too, clearly nervous about even calling him. In the end, I didn’t get my refund, so I had to dispute the charge with my bank. This was a truly terrible experience, and we will never be returning, as my husband certainly did not appreciate how i was treated and made to feel as well.
The burn crumbs from the waffle iron is ruining my appetite
