Went there yesterday. There were two ladies working one younger and one older. The older one carried herself as she was management. The younger lady was nice and went above and beyond even making a shake they didn’t even offer. The older lady had absolutely no manners. No p’s and q’s, everytime I asked her for anything she would act as if it was an inconvenience. No smile or anything. How do you guys hire people like that? First and last time going to this location.

Terrible service. The young lady rolled her eyes when I asked for a sample. The young gentleman didn’t appear to be helpful. Zero customer service. I mustered the urge not to request a refund but I was so unhappy that I just couldn’t eat it because it was prepared by hands that didn’t want to serve. I hope those kids go to college because they will need it. To be so young and lifeless is blasphemous. I have never been so angry with food service in my life!!! The young manger was respectful and kind and stated that he needed to call the owner. I spoke to the owner who asked what happened and told him verbatim. Instead of apologizing, he stated that he would run the cameras. Just Terrible. There wasn’t any dialogue, it was ENERGY! Anyone with a brain knows when someone doesn’t want to serve!!! The owner should have apologized and given me a refund. I told him to keep the $15 bucks. It wasn’t about the $, but the principle. I will never return and would encourage others to visit the COLD STONE & CREAMERY (hope I spelled that correctly) off of New Garden, which is near my home. I just so happened to be out shopping and saw this location. Very nice location by the way. My recommendation would be a re-training on customer service with all staff. So needed.

I have been to the establishment. Both times with the same staff. Today on 10/03/2023 i went around 8:30 pm and the service was just as bad as the first visit. Slow to take care of us and we’re having to ask for lids and utensils when that is standard. We ordered love it sizes and paid for love it sizes but the girl gave my gf the size underneath the correct size. And she also had an attitude. Really the entire staff was nonchalant and uninviting. I shouldnt have to ask for a lid to cover the ice cream and I definitely should not have to ask for a straw for a shake. The business was not busy and even if it were packed, the establishment is setup to where you should be dealing with the customers in a manner where they are taken care of before you run back over to people who are still in line.The ice cream is great though, just a horrible staff for your evenings.

Decided to change it up this year for my husband's birthday and order an ice cream cake from Cold Stone. This process was very easy. I ordered it online through their website, scheduled it for pickup in a week, and paid. I kept it simple and picked an already designed cake but you can get more creative and create your own with your choice of ice cream, mix-ins, and cake flavor. I requested Happy Birthday special messaging. The cake tasted exactly like their signature creations just in cake form. I got a 6" small round Butterfinger Bonanza cake. The place was busy, but I was able to go straight to the register and pick up my cake. It was ready on time.

Standing in line, I noticed that neither server was wearing gloves. I know this is not the norm, as I have visited this location many times. Just to make sure, I asked management, and they said that they were supposed to, and they would tell the employees. The young lady servinf washed her hands and put on gloves immediately. The young man however, continued to serve, touching many services, clothes, etc. without putting on gloves, or washing his hands in between. When I got to the front of the line, I asked, aren't you supposed to be wearing gloves as he was my server he immediately said that he wasn't required to. I asked the manager again and she changed her story. I said, can you help me and put on gloves? She said she would to which he said that he would put on gloves, but he didn't have to. His punishment for me was to take a love it size and remove the top part of it, throwing it away and essentially asking me to pay love it price for a like it size.

Friendly, quick service. However shop is in need of a good deep clean.

The workers were very friendly and polite. They kept a smile on their faces. Didn't have to wait long to get served. I love going there. The ice cream was delicious.

Found a blond hair in my ice cream, wasn’t given a receipt. Without a receipt I couldn’t get a refund or given a gift card but they wanted to give me a new ice cream but I don’t want a new one after a found a hair in the first. HAIR NETS ARE DEFINITELY NEEDED!!! PLEASE.

Two different ice creams had blonde hairs in the ice cream. Asked for a refund but said they couldn’t give us any because we didn’t have a receipt. They said only could give a remake but considering two ice creams had hair, what’s to stop the remake from having hair? Ended up not getting anything back. Not even a gift card for a different cold Stone with no hair.
