We had the best service from Serena! It was my first time here. The only problem was the lack of air conditioning. Maybe it was because it was a sold show but needed more space to move. The bathroom was also very clean.
The show i attended was GREAT!! But it was SOOOOOO HOTTTT!!! There was no air with a sold out show and it was a 90 degree day!! The place is old but it serves its purpose just PLEASE GET THE AIR CONDITIONER FIXED!
I had been years and years ago and enjoyed it then and now we've been twice in the last year. It's a great night out. Food was good both times and wait staff was on the ball and very friendly. The VIP area is a bit crowded as others have noted but not such that it would keep me from going back. Love that it's a smaller venue yet brings recognizable comedians. Thanks to all the employees that make it a fun night out for us.
