Chicken nuggets and hush puppies were overcooked. This is the second time I have ordered a Heath toffee milkshake from this location omw to work and received something other than what I asked for. On the second visit, I even asked at the window if they could make sure it was Heath and not Butterfinger, which is what I think was given to me. I got to work settled in and again disappointed 😞 😒 I won't go back to this location.

I stopped by Cook Out last night and ordered a hot dog tray with double fries and a huge tea. While the hot dog was great, I was disappointed with the fries yet again. For some reason, Cook Out is always stingy when it comes to giving you actual “double fries.” It’s frustrating to get home and realize there’s barely enough fries in the tray—makes me feel like I need to start checking my order at the window like I used to. Shaking my head. At least the hot dog was on point, but they really need to work on being consistent with portions.

The guy at the window got my order wrong and I didn’t see until I got home then I had to tell the girl at the window that I got drinks we waited and then she handed me the wrong drinks she didn't even ask me what the drinks were just gave me some random ones they have a problem listening and communicating with each other

I ordered and got my food really fast but the burger tasted like chemicals, the bacon in my wrap wasn't cooked, and the cheerwine float tasted like flat and watered down soda.

Can someone explain why this cookout is charging more than other cookouts? There’s no shake for $3.99, right? They mistakenly added an extra shake to my order and when I noticed I asked for that refunded to my card. This is what this cookout is pricing shakes at, with tax! For a Banana fudge shake.

Ordered 4 side order nuggets, and the bags along with a majority of the nuggets had small black hairs on/in them. Absolutely nasty!

Parking: Great parking spaces clean parking great lot nice environment
The best Cook Out in Greensboro in my opinion. This is one of the locations that offers the quesadillas. Food is always fresh and usually the order is correct. Be prepared to wait in line. They also have a large size dine-in area.
It was very busy but the food is always great!
